2012/Aug/15
Bon is Not a Japanese national holiday, but usually many employees take vacations during this time. It is held in Mid-August and it is also the peak traveling season in summer. No doubt, It's one of the biggest traditional events during the year, along with New Year's. What we heard, “People believe that their ancestors' spirits come back to their homes to be reunited with their family during Bon and pray for the spirits.” To cut short, Bon is an important family gathering time, and some of Carview employees return to their hometowns to meet their love ones.
Traffic in Mid-August
Mostly, the peak of the Bon travel season is anticipated to take place between August 11 and August 19. If we are not wrong, the busiest days for domestic travelers around August 11 and 12 with people were leaving the big cities, and August 15 with people returning to the big cities. Bullet trains (Shinkansen) are packed and filled with over loaded people.
Our dedicated staff are working hard even in Bon holidays. Cheers☆!!
