バド初打ち実施。
先輩が行ってるサークルに参加させてもらったけど、
みんな強っ！つか自分弱い（汗）
やっぱり定期的に練習せんといけんな～↑

I did the first practice of badminton in this year.
The circle member I played with ware very strong, to say more, I was at low level....
I felt the importance of regular practice very much.

駅伝完了！
氷点下ではなくてよかったけど、とにかく寒っ！！
コースを一部ショートカットしてしまったけど　大丈夫やったんかな。
来年もまた呼ばれたらどうするかな~。。。
　dist.:約3.0km
　time.約13min.
　プラス要因：同期のがんばり、沿道の声援
　マイナス要因：　冬の寒さ、中学生に抜かれる切なさ

Done with Ediden!
It was so cold, almost under 0degree.
I doubt disqualification, because I mistook to run a wrong course.
The next year I wonder weather I run...

　minus factor： winter coldness, sadness from junior high school children's eclipse.

明日は駅伝。
何で早朝スタートなんやろか。。。
真冬の冷気で凍えてしまいそう↓↓↓

週末の駅伝に向けて、現地を下見＆タイム計測。
しかし寒くてカチカチで全然ダメ↓↓↓
直前にリトライします。
dist: 3.0-3.4km / time: 17min.
　プラス要因：　駅伝アンカーという使命感、広くて走りやすい歩道
　マイナス要因：　寒さ、正月たるみ、アップ不足

I checked ekiden-course and measured running time.
The time was so bad because of cold weather.
I must retry to run before the race.
dist: 3km / time: 17min.
　well: a sense of responsibility, wide & comfort road to run
