Bypassing the airbag sensor failure light

So after changing out my stock airbag equipped seats for the Impul ones my airbag light started flashing as I thought it would.

A packet of 2.2 ohms 1/4 watt resistors for 50¢ and problem solved.

Fold the arms in half and bend down as shown.

Push the folded arms into the terminals of the wiring plug going to the airbag controller. These are underneath the seat and you will have had to unplug them from the seat to change the seats.

Airbag light stays out. You need to use a resistor rather than straight wire as the airbag circuit requires a set amount of current to flow through it. Too little or too much and it will cause a fault code and turn the airbag light on. With the correct current the dash and steering wheel airbags will still function in the event of an accident.
