　ルノー・日産は最弱のコンビとなりつつあるのか。


　欧州自動車工業会（ＡＣＥＡ）がまとめた9月の欧州新車販売台数（主要18カ国）は前年同月に比べ2.8％減となった。これで4カ月連続で前年同月の実績を下回った。営業日数が前年同月に比べ1日少なかったことが響いた。1―9月期では前年同期比0.1％増にとどまった。

　9月の販売台数は135万百台。主要5カ国中、ドイツは前年同月比4.5％増と伸びたが、残りは軒並み減少。特にフランスは２ケタ減となった。メーカー別ではルノーが大幅減、ＰＳＡも減少と仏2社が落ち込んだ。半面、フィアット・グループは２ケタ増となり、健闘が目立った。

　日本勢はまちまち。トヨタ自動車が大きく伸び、マツダ、ホンダも前年同月実績を上回った。日産自動車は同27.1％減と落ち込みが大きく、三菱自動車も２ケタ減。年前半は好調だったスズキは7月以降、減少が続いている。

　全国のネット利用者を対象に実施したブログ（日記風の簡易型ホームページ）利用実態調査によると、ブログを知っていると回答した920人のうち約４割が自分でブログを開設したことがあると答えた。また、ブログの開設者に開設時期を聞いたところ、１年以内との回答が約７割を占め、今年に入ってブログの書き手（ブロガー）が急増していることが明らかになった。

　この調査はまず全国の高校生以上のネット利用者1000人（男女の比率はほぼ半々）を対象に10月10日―11日に実施。このうち「ブログを知っている」と回答した920人に絞って利用実態を聞いた。

Porsche is also likely to develop a coupe version in the essence of the original 928 that ceased production back in 1995. Sharing the Panamera’s underpinnings, the new car would be a front-engine GT and compete against the likes of the BMW M6, Jaguar XKR and Aston Martin DB9. According to Car and Driver, the launch date is at least two years after the release of the Panamera, so 2011 at the earliest.

Built off a shorter wheelbase version of the Panamera platform, the GT is likely to share roughly 60 percent with the four-door Porsche. Some of the major differences will be the firmer tuning of the suspension set-up for improved handling. Also, a lighter body and more poke from the engines will provide for a substantial boost in performance for the GT over the Panamera. Any hybrid option is likely to be carried over as well as a rumoured 6.0L V10 developing around 650hp.

This is the best shot we’ve seen of the upcoming four-door Porsche. The image sourced from CocheSpias has been modified to give us a better idea of what the car will look like. It reveals one that borrows its styling from the 911, but that’s about all it shares with the iconic coupe. Much of the Panamera’s internals will be shared with the Cayenne, namely its V8 engines and interior fittings. A potent S model will develop roughly 500hp thanks to the twin-turbo 4.5L V8 also lifted from the Cayenne. What we’re most excited about is the possibility of a new hybrid option that will feature an electric motor mated to high-performance V6.
