Today my new intake arrived.

 BUT..... After fitting it to the car the car wouldn't start... I had broken the air-flow-meter so had to now repair that. It had broken when I tried to detach it from the car by undoing the screws! NO NO NO!!!


Luckily, after openning the AFM I could easily see where the connectors were in the wrong position and where some connectors had become loose.

I was able to put it all back together and the car started. The only problems now is, I can't fit the brace bar back on!

Yesterday I went for a drive and hike in the mountains with a friend.Nishizawa - Five tier falls （西沢の五段滝）

It wasn't too early to see the autumn leaves!

My new headlight cover and rear-view mirror arrived from Zoom Engineering yesterday so I started painting the headlight cover today.

I've given it a good coat of paint.:-)...and dust :-|...and small hairs :-(.... and dimples....>:-(

I'll start buffing tomorrow.

Went to Shiroyama Lake for the monthly Roadster meeting but (again) not many people turned up. Perhaps if I had read Yukichi-san's blog I would have found out that it was cancelled but I hadn't.

The weather was lovely and the drive to the lake was a lot of fun as the roads were quite quiet in places.

At the lake there was one other Roadster driver, Mido-san. He drove an NB with some cool mods. By coincidence he came from near Okayama and also knew Shin-san from Kyoto Club Roadster!

Mido-san was very helpful and gave me some useful advice for changing the hood of my car. Thank you!
