Active day today

I'm prepared for the Legal Inspection for XH200 OPEL B-Vectra today, filling out the documents would be done in advance, it will be finished earlier than usual. There is no defect found to loose the Inspection on B-Vectra, so I would return home and get start next job, disassembling the machinery in Mino Midorigaoka. Some special tools are in the cargo room of Vectra already for the purposes.

I decided to choose Takara Axis90 model and Siemens Sirona F1 would be left untouched, because the same model has been moved to his new office and is running now there. The periodical replacement parts for Siemens old model is not always available in some indispensable parts, so he should keep model F1 as a machine for parts supply in future.
As a matter of fact chose I much easier way this time, maintaining domestic model by domestic producer Takarabelmont . Now I have no stress to proceed to next step, fully mechanically controlled machinery is my favorite one instead of sophisticated electronic micro computerized with many replaceable electric wiring cards with many semi-conductors on board inside.

I have some idea to introduce LED lighting system for that of operating area, elimination of bulky, heavy, getting in working space hitting my own head thousands of times. Very tiny, lighter, smaller and easy to move the lighting direction would be available if recent prevailing LED light might be applicable, even a small LED lighting electric power supplied by smallest cell battery might be possible. I feel that long lasted Iodine lamp period as long as half a century has been over already replacing into LED. This kind of system changing phenomena is similar with that of camera field from Silver salt period to Digital one, don't you think?

No free time

No free timeI have made up my mind to put Radio Control model airplane for decoration onto the reception counter ceiling area of our new laboratory. I have been keeping this scale model Taube for long time period intending fly it by myself actually, changing my planning into only decoration. This is not a toy for kids but for a man especialy for geriatric. Very rare and unusual good as it is, this one is worth exhibiting.

I'm really in at a loss which to choose on our additional working machinery, Siemens or Takara.
Though production policies are different each other, both of them are attractive promptly.
Sirona F1 produced in West Germany(of that generation) Siemens has designed under outstanding concepts and the fine quality control with the high cost leading to higher running cost.
On the other hand the Takara company has enough capability and long lasting history of production especially covering almost of shares in another field, the production quality is excellent in durability with easier maintenance task at low cost replacing parts.
Selection would be done soon, tomorrow afternoon, I'll disassemble the machinery by myself after the Legal Inspection coming around every two years for XH200 OPEL B-Vectra at Kobe Land Transport Office.

German Machinery

German MachinerySome institute in Fukushima Univ. reported that the Nuclear Pollutant scattered last year by disaster destroyed Nuclear Power Plant in Japan all over the earth turns around taking time period of 40 days. This fact shows that the border between the nations has no meaning any more and the idea to be good only for own country does not stand at all. So, we must change our selfish consciousness into the concept for everyone in the world surviving in peace without starvation.

I have an experience to be defeated by the difficulty of maintaining a German automobile, OPEL B-Vectra, it's very good a car but takes time long to servicing keeping in good condition, replacement parts are not so cheap as those of domestic made one.
Exactly the same nightmare is about to happen in my own business field! Tens years old Siemens machinery is coming to me, with discontinuation of parts supply is one of a critical barrier to proceed for me. On the other hand, I have some idea that they might be overcome by my desperate efforts as a hobby like countermeasure? I would have indispensable opportunity to do that with good and enjoyable work on the way to survive the machinery.
The engineer of the machinery importing machinery company came to me immediately 2 hours later from the negotiation by telephone. He was so friendly to tell me the truth, the disadvantages of introduction of the older German machinery.

The doctor has also another Japanese made machinery in his old office, this is far easy to maintain in future, that equal to my skill and technological level.
I'm really at a loss which way to choose, no nervous problem exists if I take both of them? I have a storage space in my villa in the mountain.

5 of 6 figure dolls have been obtained except the most important one "Fujiko", however hard I might seek around in many Lawson shops, I cannot find it out. Let's try to continue to find out, because 5 dolls had be done already.

DOJ & DIJ

DOJ & DIJFollowing the fault information that the applied grease has too much humidity resulting rust and defect of drive shaft DOJ & DIJ in NCP10 TOYOTA Vitz, the prepared replacement parts was maintained this afternoon finishing Uzurano. As shown in the picture, all the grease inside of joints were thoroughly replaced into new and a bit harder one. I have realized the strange clatter jugging noise like small balls does, needle roller bearing was designed in DOJ. This is why incredible noise occurred after warming up, probably too much backlash had been formed between outer and inner laces of rotating portion.

Noisy DOJ installed now might recover by any chance just pulling out DOJ inner parts and replacing into harder viscosity grease?

But it's better replace assembly of them, because the preparation is ready now.

Torn rear end muffler was repaired by sealing material for the preparation of Legal inspection every two years on coming Thursday. No critical problem was observed in XH200 OPEL B-Vectra in awfully good condition. Try not to forget to carry the official paper especially Tax certificate.
