やっと　お盆になってから　海にいけた。

九十九里に行きたかったが　簡単にいける大洗へ。


ココにいきました　→→→　大洗サンビーチ



海岸は設備も整っていてきれいだったが、

水の透明度は西日本に比べると劣っていた。

高知、山口とか島根の海のほうがきれいだったね。

Finally I went to the sea!
I had wanted to go to Kuju-kuri, but went to Oarai.

It was good, facilities are well,
but water tranceparency is worce than that of west Japan.
Kouchi,Yamaguchi and Shimane are good at it.

つくば市内ではっけーん（＾□＾）

・・・しばらくの間、帰り道がいっしょでした☆

奈良や鎌倉の大仏より大きいんだね。

This is higher than the one of Nara and that of Kamakura.
You feel fun when seeing from under near it.

仙台で

萩の月　を知って以来、

○○の月　という名前のお菓子の多さにびっくりしている。

それらは、名前が似ているだけでなく、菓子の出来具合も似てる。








萩の月　の他に思い出せる代表的なのは、　那須の月。

そして茨城でも発見、その名は　みかもの月。

どれもスポンジみたいに柔らかい生地の中に　クリームとか甘い素材を入れている。



味の系統は大体似てるが、どう考えても萩の月がイチバンうまい！

やっぱり萩の月が元祖で、他のやつはパクリか真似だと思う。

他にもあるであろう　○○の月　で、萩の月を越えるものはないんかね。

I was surprized by the name "～ no tsuki" which is very similar to "Hagi no tsuki" made in Sendai.
They are very close not only at the appalence but also the name.

I know some name by "～ no tsuki", for example "Nasu no tsuki".
And recently, "Mikamo no tsuki" at Ibaraki.

All of them contains sweet paste in the cushy suponge.

Taste are similar, but "Hagi no tsuki" is the best.
It must be the only GANSO, and the others maybe "Imitation".

I wonder that other example of "～ no tsuki" has better taste than that of "Hagi no tsuki"

フィットネスにて。

いつもは筋トレ＋ジョグをこなしてんだけど、

今日は、初めてスタジオプログラムに参加してみた。



気軽に出てみたのはいいが、

ビギナー用なのに結構しんどい中身だった。

なんと準備運動のストレッチからしてきつい。

言うまでも無く、本番はもっと厳しかった。



運動神経のなさと体力の衰えを鏡に見せつけられたーっ　orz

In the fitness club.

I used to work out on the machines and run,

but today I firstly took part in the studio program.



Although I easily entered it,

The program for biginners was so hard.

Surprisingly, even stretching was painful.

The contents was ... needless to say.



Bad athletic and decline of my strength were shown by sorrounding mirrors. ;(
