最近数値をアップしてなかった。

先週…４連ちゃんの飲みにも耐えて１７．２％。
　　　（値としては○）
今週…飲み１回なのに１７．９％。
　　　（”軽く肥満状態”の１８％の大台一歩手前。ヤバイ）


えらいこっちゃ　です。

焦。汗。

トレーニングをいつもより増量ｗｗｗ




ランニングも気分一新、外を走ってみた。

けど、環境が良くない。

仙台にいたときは河川敷にランニング用の歩道が整備されてたから

静かに、心地よく走れた。


でも今日走った河川敷にはそういうことはされてない。

仕方なくクルマと一緒に道路を走った。

クルマはうるさい。今日買った新曲が聞けん！！！

I’ve heard “over 15%, under 18%” is the best value for normal men.

Badly, I was lazy to update the figure of me.
Last week: 17.2%, though 4 continuous party @ pub (OK).
This week: 17.9%, though only 1 party @ pub (NG).

This is an awful thing to me.
Feel pressed…feel sweat…
Increase the training!!! :)

I ran outside for a change of scenery.
But the situation was not good.

In Sendai, it was comfortable and easy for us to run river bed.
Walkway was developed along the river.
Compared, it was difficult.
In Hiroshima, walkway wasn’t developed well…

I had no alternative but to run the road filled with cars.
Cars were noisy, so I couldn’t listen almost of the music I bought today!!!
I lost my mind and energy…
