またまたCSネタですが、全米で大人気のオーディション番組「アメリカン・アイドル・シーズン８」の優勝者クリス・アレンに送られたデビュー曲「No Boundaries」です。





とてもいい曲だなぁーと思ったのでメモってしまいました。

番組の決勝では勝ち残った二人がそれぞれこの曲を歌ったのですが、二人とも個性ある歌い方でまったく違う曲のように思えました。
準優勝となったアダムは本命とうたわれるほどの実力の持ち主で高音がとてもきれいでした。
対するクリスはダークホース的存在だったそうですが、素朴というか感動を与えてくれる歌い方でした。

それにしても決勝戦のゲストがKISS、Queen、ロッドスチュアート、サンタナ、シンディーローパーetc・・・とそうそうたるメンバーだったのが驚きでした。

この番組は最終の２話しか見てないのですが、次の「シーズン９」は最初から見ようと思ってます。
「アメリカン・ダンス・アイドル」に続き、またまたハマってしまいました。笑
