Little summary of an extra-ordinary day : We experienced, my girlfriend and I, how hospitable good poeple can be in Japan.
First, Hiro and Hiromi invited us at the restaurant for trying the real fresh Japanese Sushi.
In France we have plenty of basic sushi restaurants, but I've never seen the authentic ones from Japan.
Now it's done, and I definitely prefer the authentic Japanese ;-)
After this pleasant discovery, we departed to retrieve cars, planning to go to Daikoku PA.
First surprise is... parking cars in towers !
This is completely unsual for me. In France cars are always parked on the ground. Here in Japan, Skyline GTR fly down from the sky... logical right? (笑)
Then, a dream-come-true is finally happening ! I drive the legendary 34R Skyline GTR, in Japan, Hiromi borrowed me hers, ありがとうございます
Very concentrated guy -> Don't want to do any mistake ^_^
Arriving at Daikoku PA at 7 pm, the surprise is complete : Some GTR owners gathered for this occasion. It was a real pleasure to meet again some old buddies : Seki-san, Mo-san, Oku-san; And also to meet new friends. Everyone participated actively to make that day special, so I want to thank you, all of guys, for this very nice moment, merci beaucoup !
commemorative picture :-)
Daikoku PA is always full of various style, here under some "neon lights" style cars, you guys may know how we name that style ? (´∀`*)
So lucky guy I am -> I have been offered a CD of AKB48 by a big fan (笑)
Or also nice other examples of what kind of cars I would like to own :))
Tommy Kaira ZZ
Honda Civic Type R
Stagea Autech Version RB26
Some other friends arrived later on, and the line became incredible : Only beautifull and clean machines
At 10pm it was time to depart to Tatsumi PA. the susprise didn't end : I drive again the 34R, rolling on the C1, passing by emblemtic spots : Tokyo Tower, Rainbow Bridge. What a privilege for a little gaikokujin to be able to drive here, thank you again Hiro ヽ(o^―^o)ノ
Do you see that smile ? -> That is the Skyline effect haha (✧∀✧)
After a 40 minute drive, we headed to Tatsumi. Once again lots of guys enjoying the car culture
It seems that Phouphy appreciated this 34R, maybe one day.... buy ! ⌒(o^▽^o)ノ
Each wonderful hang out has a end, around 11.30pm go back to Keikyu Kamata station, where our room is. Police officers helped us : "please go nooow... please..."
Nice F50 just on our departure
Time to say bye bye,
and to greet a huuuge THANK YOU to everybody after such a great night :-)
