I had to do some repairs to my red Prairie last month. It was getting some small areas of rust on the rear and the paint was looking bad. I painted it with 1k acrylic paint which I have not used before. Normally, I use 2k acrylic with catalyst (hardener) but this new paint was OK and I had no difficulties using it. The colour matched perfectly too.

I worked late into the night.

5:00pm...



7:00pm...



3:00am...



9:00am... finished!

I then polished the whole car. It looks much better than before!...



I also repainted the wheel covers. It took a long time to mask them up to paint the grey areas around the holes but it was worth it... they look nearly new now...
