It’s been a while since my last post because I was not able to check the Minkara and drive my car due to my busy schedule. Today, I will introduce a product which decorates the door window switch panel of the 3008.
Basically, the edge of front door window switch panel is decorated by metal frame as shown in the picture below.
On the other hand, the edge of rear door window switch panel is not decorated like the front edges. So I decided to decorate the edges of rear door window switch panel as well as the front edges.

I went to Aichi, Nara, and Osaka prefecture during a three-day holiday. Although the mileage was approximately 1000 km this time, the fuel consumption was 21.8 km/l as posted on fuel consumption log when I refueled in Aichi to go back to my apartment and I felt that the 3008 GT is really economical on gas in comparison with other SUVs.
While visiting Aichi prefecture, I met Chiggy who is one of the friends of Minkara and very nice guy. He is an owner of Serena Black Line Rider C26, Nissan. We went to Onsen and dinner. I had a great time with him.

Today, I saw the new Peugeot 5008 in my dealer because I was going to ask about the navigation problem of 3008. Finally, it seems that the problem can be found and this problem happens all 3008 when installing the Panasonic navigation system. My 3008 GT will be in my dealer in the middle of next month. So I would like to introduce the solution of the navigation problem next time.
In this post, I would like to show you some features of the new 5008 heard from my dealer.
1. The front face of the new 5008 Allure and GT is same as that of the 3008. The model which is introduced in facebook or TV commercial is not imported to Japan.
2. The sequential turn signal (blinker) is not adopted as of now. It was normal blinker when I actually checked. In these days, some people seem to change to the sequential turn signal.
3. The MirrorLink is also not adopted.
4. Car sun shade is equipped for second seat.
5. Dash board design is fabric for Allure and Alcantara for GT. Gray-oak material is not adopted to Japanese version.
* The delivery of the 5008 is earlier than that of the 3008. It seems that some people cancel the contract because the car delivery of the 3008 is too long.
I will show you some pictures of the new 5008 Allure. The body car was Egyptian blue.
