hi there, i have spent over an hour this morning on the phone to the courier being passed from depatment to department, the information i have managed to get so far is that despite being clearly marked with the correct delivery address the package was shipped to new york in america for some unknown reason, once there they realised it had been shipped to the wrong place but instead of shipping it on to the correct destination they put it on a shelf in a warehouse until a claim was prcessed which as a customer i had to wait 25 days to be allowed to do, once this was recieved the package was then still not forwarded on to the correct address but instead shipped back to the uk where it was put on another shelf in a warehouse in london for the claim to be assesed, this is where it currently resides and i am waiting for a phone call from them to confirm if the package is going to be returned to me or if they are actualy going to ship it to the correct address and do what i asked them to do 6 weeks ago,
please accept my sincere appologies for the staggering incompetence of our national postal service,
i will keep you updated as soon as i have any more information,

hi there,
today i have tried tracking the shipment through royal mail and they wont investigate lost shipments over the phone so i have driven to my local depot and filled out a series of forms to get them to investigate where the shippment is, this process aparently can take around 2 weeks, in the meantime i will have a new set of parts manufactured in case they are not able to locate the shippment which will be shipped as soon as i have confirmation that the shippment is lost,
