確かにヨウ素が多いけど吸収までに時間もかかる、吸収も不均一。昆布の種類や産地などヨウ素量も異なることから原子力災害時における放射性ヨウ素の甲状腺への集積を抑制するのは適切ではない・・・らしい。
ヨウ化カリウム錠も副作用があるだろうし・・・。

今日もまたテレビを見ていない。
暖・光・食がある私も・・・心は寒い。
今夜も月の空に雪が降ったよ・・・。

　一日30～40g

(放射性ヨウ素を体内に蓄積させない？しない？ため、あらかじめ昆布などからヨウ素を体内に入れておく)
　★ヨウ素の入った消毒液などは飲まない!!!!!!

ヨウ素以外の放射性物質は…？
放射線量の情報が少ない気が…恐いよ（><）

本当は薬品の方が有効なのでしょうが・・・

GLOBALGIVING: Established a fund to disburse donations to organizations providing relief and emergency services to victims of the earthquake and tsunami. Donate here.

国際結婚をしてる親友から頂けるそうで＾＾

コピルワ（Kopi Luwak）コピルワは、インドネシアのバリ島・スマトラ島・スラウェシ島でしか生産していない、世界的にも大変貴重なコーヒー豆で「ルワッ」と呼ばれるインドネシアに生息するジャコウネコ。にゃわ～

でその価格・・・銀座で1杯8000円とか？親友の話でわっ・・・。
まっ日本では2000円くらいでしょうか？

現地ジャカルタの高級喫茶店で800円、、、普通のバリコーヒーは確か100円だったかな？

まずは・・・コーヒー好きな大統領に飲んで頂きますが・・・。

毎日欠かさずモーニング珈琲を飲む身からすると大きな痛手です。。
インスタントでお手軽にですけどねｗ

珈琲・・・今はワイハのを飲んでます。
なんでも好きですが・・・。
横浜に行くと・・・お水代わりに飲んでるから(笑)美味しい珈琲を色々飲んでほ・し・い。
とか・・・思うのよね～～～。
