部品から作る必要がありそう。

主ベアリングのダメージは有りません

精密級のテーパローラベアリングで手抜きはないです。

モーターからの入力軸

タンブラーギヤ再生

心出し顕微鏡とフライスのDROを使って正確に穴位置を計測

穴自体が変形しているので　形状のダレを考慮してセンターを出しています

モジュール１の樹脂ギヤから加工を入れます

純正はニードルローラーが大きく　樹脂が薄いので壊れやすく　ネックになっています。古くなると必ず割れます。

コピーした中国製旋盤の　USL-5なども同じ構造なので部品が入手できないと送りが使えません

今回は小径ボールベアリング2個として樹脂の厚みを確保します。

簡易接続してモーターテスト

ポールチェンジモーター５０Hzでは１５００，７５０ｒｐｍ切り替えになっています。インバーターが出るまではこの極数変換モーターが主流で三相では３０００，１５００，７５０，３７５の４速ぐらいまであったようです。単相モーターでは珍しいので使いたいところですが　低速側の巻線が破断しているいうで　高速側しか使えません。

インバーター化で対応を考えます。

目盛りは少し失敗
