I would like to hear your thoughts as a store as to why 4 blank sheets of paper front and back were sent instead of the product and why the product is missing, so please express this on Open Dispute. If you sent blank papers by mistake, it is a problem due to your lack of confirmation, which is unbecoming of a store. Also, if you intentionally sent a blank piece of paper without including the item, that is absolutely unacceptable.
