　ワイパーブレードも錆が目立つようになり、こんなのは、交換した方がいいのですが、ワイパーゴムを少し前に替えたばかりなので、
塗ってみようかと。

外し方は、ツメを押しながらワイパーブレードを引き抜くだけ、
簡単でしたが、
付ける時に、あれ？どこに付くんだっけ？
って、ちょっとした知恵の輪状態に・・・

外すまではいいんだけど、外した後、どう付いてたが忘れるんだよね、苦手なんだよ覚えとくの。


Rust on the wiper blade has become noticeable, so it is better to replace it, but since I just replaced the wiper rubber recently.

It was easy, but I confused when attaching it.

I'm good at remove things, but I'm not good at install them.

Because I tend to forget how removed it.

　今まではPIAAの黄色いレンズのヘッドライトでしたがバルブが切れたので、
KOITOの透明なレンズの物に交換しました。

黄色いレンズって、着色の分暗いんですね、そこで、ハイワッテージバルブで、相殺していたのですが、Ｈ４バルブも一番使用されている規格ではなくなったようで、ハイワッテージバルブも廃盤のようです。

ハイワッテージバルブが手に入らないとなれば、KOITOのシルードビームの代替品のＨ４規格の奴、結局これがＮＡロードスターには似合うよね。

I was using PIAA yellow lens headlights with H4 bulbs but, the bulb burnt out.
So I replaced it to KOITO transparent lens headlights.

The yellow lens is darker because of the coloration,
so I was using a high wattage bulb to offset that but,
it seems that the H4 bulb is no longer the most used standard,
and the high wattage bulb is out of production.

If the high wattage bulbs are no longer available.

If so I choose the KOITO HSSB-16-12HP that is an alternative to the sealed beam headlamp.

It suits MX-5 best after all.

　助手席側のトップロックの内側から、雨漏りするようになりました。
ここからの漏れだと、ウェザーストリップ（ヘッダー）ですかね？

でも、ウェザーストリップ（ヘッダー）を交換する前に、トップロックの密着を強めてみますか？
さて、どう強める？

ストライカーのボルトと穴の遊び分、ストライカーを前に出せれば、
若干、密着が強くなる？
使用しているボルトは”トルクス”か・・・外せる工具は確か持ってない・・・
ので、放置。

のはずが、１週間も雨が降り続く予報だとよ。

これはどうにかしなければ、と
そういえば、思い出した。
トップロック本体に調整機構があったことを、調整方法をネット検索してみると、

あら、調整ネジを指で回すだけなのね。（工具要らず）

でも、強くし過ぎは厳禁なようで、まぁ、この辺かな？という強さに調整しておきました。

その後も順調に？雨は降り続き、漏れ確認にはちょうど良い。

今の所、雨漏りは止まっています。

My Roadster has leaked water from the inside of the top lock on the passenger seat side.

I assume that the leak occurred because of wear the header weather strip.

Before I replace it. I will try to strengthen seal up the top lock adhesion

Well, What should I do?

If I can move the striker forward to backlash of the bolt holes.
It might be increase adhesion.

It is fastened with the torx bolts.
But I don't have a torx wrench.
So I was going to neglect it.

But, according to the weather forecast it will continue to rain for the week.


Umm, I have to do something about that.　　

Rings a bell. I just remembered the top lock has adjustment mechanism.
I searched for adjustment methods on the internet.

Oh, Just turn the adjusting nut with my fingers.(No need tools.)

But, Don't shrink it too much.

So, I adjusted it properly.(Maybe.)


After that it went on raining.
It was a good opportunity to check for leaks.


So far somehow the leak has stopped.

　パワーウィンドーが下りななくなっていたのですが、
寒いので春まで放置していたら、初夏に・・・
開けてみたところ、グリスは、そこそこの状態でしたが、
ガイドローラーが割れていました、左右共。

とりあえず部品は無いので、グリスアップのみ。

そしたら、動くのね、
と、言うことで、交換はいずれ・・・いずれって、いつだよ？

When I was trying to grease power window wires.
I found the broken guide rollers . But they were ignored .
And I only applied grease to them instead of exchange.

The power windows could work regardless of broken guide rollers.

　高価なロードスター専用バッテリーから、
汎用規格のBOSCHのバッテリーに交換しました。

流用には、太端子アダプター（１２５０円）と
ステーの延長が必要なのですが、

　どのようにステーを延長するかが、面白いところで、
同じ目的に対してのアプローチの仕方が、いろいろあって







みんカラ内だと
・ナット⊕高ナット⊕ナット⊕寸切りボルト⊕ナット
・ナット⊕高ナット⊕ボルト
・ステーを長いものに交換
・台座側に延長板を付ける
・ターンバックル２本掛け

さて、私はというと
台座側に延長板を付けました、と言っても
何かに使った端材を使っただけですが。

まぁ、端材を持ってなくても、台座側に延長板を付ける選択をしたとは思いますががね。

ちなみに、バッテリー高さはロードスター純正より、４０ｍｍ高くなります（カタログ値）ロードスター純正は中央に切り欠きがありますので、実測は違うかも？
