バーが欠損していたKnightSportsのメンバーブレーズセット。
昨日PayPalに「審議中のまま動いていないのどういうこっちゃ!」と文句を言ったら今日いきなり返品先の連絡がPayPalからきた。
返品場所は香港。EMSで国選択するとき中国選ぶんじゃなくて香港って別にあるのね。PayPalもいいんだけど送料と関税が痛い。
幸い返信先は香港だったので思った金額の1/3で送れたのはよかったけど。



ようやく錆のケアから解放されると思ったらまさかの欠品で凄まじく残念な気持ちがある。ウルトラレーシングはセダン用だから合うかどうかわからんし、
しょうがないから車検ごとにカワイワークスのパーツにノックスドールがっつり塗ってもらおう。

PayPalには追跡番号とパッケージした写真を送付。
一応350USDだから5万円の保険をかけた。

不良品送ってきたaMazda Online Shop の件、PayPalが審議中のため電話で確認してみた。

1. 相手からのRMA番号/送付先住所は無視して良い。
2. PayPalから返品送付先を送るのでそこに送って欲しい。
3. 本件の審議には1週間位かかる。
4. 2件とも審議中である。

という事なので、
aMazdaOnlineShopから、PayPalにエスカレーションしているのに度々メールが来る事。勝手にRMA発行されたり、期限切られたりしていたのは全部無視して良いとの事だった。

とりあえず一安心。
でも送料が痛いがしかたない。

RMAが発行された。1週間前に。
しかし送付先の連絡がいっこうにこないため何度も催促をしていた。
その矢先、RMAを発行した14日以内に戻す事のポリシーが。

ちょっと冗談じゃないぞ。
PayPalに電話連絡。
「PayPalの保護をうけたければPayPalに従って下さい。」
だそうだ。ようするにPayPal審議中でもRMA出せますよというChatGPTの
嘘情報と、店側の嘘情報に騙されるところだった。
「ではPayPalが結論出るまでまってればいいんですね。」
「はい。」
危うく相手の策略に乗って諦めるところだった。

KnightSportの商品でこれほどまで手間と金をかけさせるとは思わなかった。
あーもうやっぱり日本で買うのが一番。

さすがに凝りました。

aMazda Online Shop から Knight Sports の メンバーブレーズセットを買ったら6ピースのうち2ピース足りない。
1.2ピース足りなくても効果があるから使え多少は返金してやる。
2.返品する
か選べといってきた。なんか上から目線ぽくて腹が立ったので

1. カワイワークスの補強パーツで全て補強してある。但し複数ピースに分かれているから錆のケアを考慮する目的で買ったのだから一部だけで使うのはあり得ない。

2. 返品するなら外箱は捨てた。布テープでまとめて巻いて送るから送付アドレス教えろ。

そもそもPayPalにエスカレーションしてるんだから直接連絡してくるな。
この問題を解決するには

1. なくなった2ピースの部品を見つけだしExpress便で無償で送ってくること。
2. 返送アドレス/電話番号/担当者名を連絡。郵便局で一番早い便で見積とるから、送料含む支払った全額とそちらに返送する費用を支払う事。

その2つのどちらかだ。

と返したら何も返ってこなくなった。
それから不審な点が次々と上がってきた。
外箱はボロボロで袋状態になっていた事。
外箱内に直接aMazda Online Shopの納品書が入っていた事
⇒つまり一度は開封されている事。
そもそも外箱にKnightSportsのKZで始まるラベルが貼られていなかったこと。
⇒つまり工場出荷時の箱ではない事。
取説が入っていなかったこと。
⇒多分一度返品されている。

このことから一度返品されてもどってきたものを中身確認せずにそのまま在庫に
戻した可能性が大。
それを英文にして送ってやった。

一部返金といってもいくら返すのか言ってこないし、一部返金されても部品が
そろっていなければこちらにしてみれば単なるゴミ。

PayPalに電話をしたら外国人がでた。
PayPal的にいうと返品して確認して返金らしい。
aMazda Online ポリシーではRMA番号を発行した後返品を受け付ける。届いたら
返送料含め全額返金するという事だが今の時点においてRMA番号は発行されていない。

しかも土日休みだと考えれば 2/10 0:59:59 JST(PayPalが決めた回答期限)までに返信が来るとすると今日しかない。

一応クレジット会社にはチャージバックを依頼する可能性がある事と状況を説明した。とりあえずPayPalの回答待ちだが面倒臭い。

これなら輸入代理店をつかって購入すればよかった。
PayPalがどういう反応をするのかまたレポートしたい。

PayPalにエスカレーションしたのにこんなメールが来た。

欠損したまま使えと言ってきたのと返品先の案内がないことに腹が立ったのでこのようにメール。

Dear AMazda Online Customer Support, I understand that you are currently searching your warehouse for the missing parts, but I highly doubt that they will be found. Given that this was a sale item, I do not believe you are making a serious effort to locate them. I cannot accept the statements you have made regarding this issue. My vehicle is already reinforced with structural parts from Kawai Works (https://www.kawaiworks.com/bodyparts_cat/defs-0707%ef%bd%9e), and additional reinforcement is not necessary. The reason I intended to replace my current parts with those from your company was because the ones I have consist of multiple components and require rust care due to being unpainted steel. However, as the product you sent is missing parts, replacing my current parts is no longer an option. Therefore, the incomplete product I received is of no use to me. I want to make it clear that I bear no fault in this matter. I would like to discuss a refund. Since the missing parts are unlikely to be found, please provide me with the following details for the return: 1.Return address 2.Contact person 3.Phone number I will obtain a shipping estimate at the post office. Please note that the original external packaging has been discarded, so I will consolidate the four component boxes into one package using fabric tape. Dear AMazda Online Customer Support, I have received a direct email from you, but could we proceed through PayPal instead? I am unable to accept unreasonable proposals. The solutions to resolve this issue are as follows: 1.Full refund, including product cost, shipping, and additional shipping charges, and payment of return shipping fees. Upon confirmation of payment, I will return the four boxes currently in my possession. 2.Find the missing two parts and send them to me via express delivery at no cost by 2025/02/10. There are no other acceptable solutions. I kindly request prompt action. Sincerely,
