It was fine today and I felt good by today's weather.
In the morning, I started from car maintenance.


When I drive this car on the high way, it is much noisy for me by engine noise and load noise and wind noise. Then I am starting to become silent for my car. I want to finish it until new year day.


Since I was starting it and I did not famirier with method of becoming silent, it took 2 hours to perform picture level. Especialy, I bought silent sheet by rool, I cut it and put it on car floor repeatly.
There are much waste work in this procedure.


At next time, I will cut it before working, I be faster to work it.And since I will work it for all car floor, I will continue to work it at moment.


And since I will fill uletan spongy into hollows, it will take more time to work it. Well I will take easy about this work.

今日は、積もり積もった残業の解消の為、午後から出社した。

午前中、遅起きして、不動産屋へ寄り、契約していた仕事場近くの寝るだけのアパートの解約をして出社となった。

あまりに忙しくて、帰るのが面倒になったので、１年半ぐらい仕事場のすぐ近くにアパートを借りていたが、ようやく帰宅できるレベルに仕事が落ち着いてきた。しかし、未だ連日忙しいことには変わりがない。

さて、今日はスマートデバイスを新しくした。中華のファーウエイの新型スマートウオッチである。旧型より、電池の持ちと表示が鮮やかになった。そもそも、旧型でも機能に満足していたので、更に満足度が上がった。


旧型は、毎日使っているのでベルトが壊れかけてしまった。結局、旧型は１０カ月で使えなくなったが、毎日使っていたので、もったいないとか思わない。きちんと、物として消耗させるとことができた。

Though I was much tired yesterday, I got up a little earlier in this morning.
Since I am very busy everyday, I became tired every evening. Everyday I become tired.

Today, I have planed busy actions. But I could not achive all actions which I have planed.
Well, this always occerred and it is normal for me.And I do not regret it.

Today's plan is followings.
1) Trim weeds in my garden
2) Going Jogging
3) Perform muscle training
4) Perform Karate training
5) Receiving package
6) Purchasing HDD
7) Perform silence for my mini car
8) Studying English

In the morning, I was absent minded and ate lunch and took after lunch sleep.
It was 3 o'clock when I got up.
From that time, I done actions which I palned and I done 1) 2) 5) 8). Well, my performance was falf.

Since it is becoming cold, it is easy fo me to do 1) 2). Because my sweat is evaporated at once.
I can not perform them in summer due to too hot.

I took about 1 hour to trim weeds and got 3 pachages of trimed weeds.

About jogging, I went joging with regular course and performed 4 Km.
Since I was lightly dressed, my sweat was evaporated at once and my heart beat did not raise and I felt good.

In the other hand, the day shorten recently. the sunset starts by 5 o'clock.
Since I started jogging from 5 o'clock, it was dark at that time.

今日は、天気よくて過ごしやすい１日でした。
朝起きて、車いじりからスタート。

高速道路の走行時に、猛烈にうるさいので、静音化をスタートしている。
正月に実家に帰るまでに完了させたい。

スタートしたばかりで、要領がつかめていないので、写真程度で２時間くらいかかっている。
特に、制振シートをロールで買っているので、切っては貼り、切っては貼りの繰り返しで、作業の無駄が多い。

次からは、事前に制振シートを切っておくので、もっと早く貼っていけると思う。フロア全面に施工するので、暫くはこの作業が続くだろう。

更に、空洞部分にはウレタンを詰めるので、更に時間もかかりそう。
まぁ、週一ののんびり作業で進めていこう。

昨日疲れてた割には、今日はそこそこ朝早めに起きれました。連日、仕事が忙しいので、毎日夕方になるとヘロヘロです。毎日、ヘロヘロです。これが、平日は毎日続いています。

今日は、忙しい予定を立てていましたが、相変わらず、予定が全て達成できません。まっ、いつものことですから、達成できなくとも、何にも思いません。

今日のの予定は、以下です。
１）庭の草取り
２）ジョギング
３）筋トレ
４）空手の自主トレ
５）荷物の受取り
６）HDD購入
７）クリッパーの静音化
８）英語の勉強

午前中、ぼんやりして、飯食って、お昼寝したら３時になって、そこから活動したので、出来たのは、１）２）５）８）ぐらい。半分ですね。

すっかり寒くなったので、１）２）は楽ちんです。夏なんて、クソ暑くてやってられません。
庭の草取りは、１時間程度でぱっとやって、ゴミ袋３つでました。

ジョギングは、いつもの田んぼコースで４Kmほど。薄着で走るので、汗がすぐに乾いて、心拍数が上がらず、楽ちんです。

しかし、日が落ちるのが早くなりました。５時で日没です。５時少しから走り始めたので、既に真っ暗でした。
