ずーっとペリカンと戦ってました。
思えばお盆の最中。
クーラー欲しさにネットを探索。
あるじゃん、買えるじゃん!
エリーゼパーツみたいに簡単に買えると思っていたのが
あまかった・・・。
当然ほしいものをカートに入れて
カードの番号入れれば買えるもんだと思ってました。
相手からの謎の文章。

Pre-authorized amount verification
Step 1
Pelican Parts has pre-authorized* an arbitrary amount (less than $1.00 USD) on your credit card or debit card.
Step 2
Simply logon to your online credit or debit card account. If you do not have an online account, you may also contact the card issuer by calling the number on the back of your card.
Note the value of the pre-authorization amount in USD.
Step 3
Respond to this email and verify the amount that was pre-authorized on your card. Alternatively, you may confirm the amount by calling our Customer Service Department: 1-888-280-7799 (US/Canada) or 1-310-626-8765 (International).
What if you do not have access to your credit or debit card information? What if you do not see the pre-authorization on your account? Are there other options?
If you are unable to access or view your credit or debit card information, we are still able to accommodate you. The following options are available for processing your order:
Option 1- Wire Transfer
All wire transfer orders are eligible to be afforded a 3% discount. If you would like to utilize this option please reply to this email with "Option 2" or contact one of our customer service representatives at: 1-888-280-7799 (US/Canada) or 1-310-626-8765 (International). A Customer Service Representative will be happy to further assist you with wire information.
Option 2- PayPal
We are happy to process your payment via PayPal. Please Note: The shipping address on the order must match to the address on the PayPal account at the time payment is made. If the address currently linked to your PayPal account is different from the ship-to address for your order, please add the ship-to address to your PayPal account before you submit payment. Option 3- Credit Card Confirmation
Pelican Parts can contact your credit card company and work with you to confirm that you have authorized this charge from Pelican Parts. This may cause a 3-5 day delay in order processing. If you would like to utilize this option please reply to this email with "Option 3" and the telephone number for your bank (listed on the back of your card) or contact one of our customer service representatives at: 1-888-280-7799 (US/Canada) or 1-310-626-8765 (International).
We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. These precautions are necessary to protect our customers from credit card fraud.
チョー意味が判らない。
最近判ったのですが
1ドル未満の請求たてるから、それを自分でカード会社へ連絡してその金額を教えてね。ってことらしい。
カード会社に連絡するも、カード使用履歴はあるが
いくら請求きているかまでは、判らない・・・。
10日後。
タイムオーバー。
キャンセルとなりました。
なら、もうちょっといい別のクレジットカードで
再注文。
カード会社に連絡。
やはり、正式に請求が来ていないので金額までは判らない。
時間だけが過ぎる・・・。
銀行系のクレジットカードでないと駄目みたい。。。
こうなりゃ、パルプンテしかない。
パルプンテは危険なので使いたくなかったのですが
早速、登録。
支払い完了。
チョー簡単、ペイパル。
こんなんだったら、早く使えばよかった。。。。
と、思っていたら・・・・
こんなメールが

I will refund this payment back to paypal and send you a link to send payment
again with the updated address. I apologize for the inconvenience that this has
caused you.
あ、登録日本語で登録したから・・・・
相手は、確認出来ないから駄目だって・・・。
もう、いいじゃないか、お金は振り込んであるんだから・・・。
堪忍してくれとの思いも伝わらず
返金。
コンプレッサーが買えない。。。
パルプンテの登録を英語で登録し、呪文を唱えて
やっと、発送の画面が。
あーやっと、買えた。。
