Cleaning A/C System

All A/C System was very dirty. There was a lot of dirt inside all parts of if. I got it off and begin to clean all the parts.

I was disassemble fan, oiled it and make it clean.

Heater part was dirty too. I made it clean and wash it.

This was the worst part. A lot of problems and broken dampers.

Then i made new gaskets from audio foam rubber.

Now all parts are clean. Inspector made me comments and i made changes to all my work =)

One side of rubber foam is sticky.

This part is like brand new now! Hope it will work fine.
All connectors was grease with silicone spray.

Now all parts of A/C System is clean andican install it back!
