This morning, I am feeling better, but I still have
sore throat and body aches.

I am going to stay home from work today due
to a fever, despite the ongoing overseas customer audit.

I had a fever yesterday, but this morning I feel fine,
except for a sore throat.

This week is going to be packed with a lot of tasks,
starting with a two-day overseas customer audit,
a web meeting with an overseas customer and a
meeting with a testing equipment salesperson,
and a monthly meeting.

I wish I could go on hiking, but the scorching heat
like recent days it is dangerous.
