I went to 陸運局 to get real ideas what the 名義変更 was all about.

Too many forms to fill out, many counters to visit and many lines to wait.

What a work!

In the U. S. you can drive as long as a car is insured.

You can even drive yourself home in a brand new car out of a stock yard without license plates!

In a few weeks the new plates are mailed in your letter box at your comfortable home.

So you can just sit back and wait.

I found out that one of forms the dealer gave me might have been wrong.

So I asked them to reconfirm.

When I was about to leave the 陸運局, one guy approached me, asking me to help to take the 封印 off.

Although I had never done it before but I got some lecture from the dealer so I did it for him with a screw driver in a few seconds.

His eyes got really big as if he could not have believed that simple.

He thanked me and rushed into the 陸運局 building.
