Tonight I will make roast chicken by using a frying pan.
I got chicken legs at a supermarket this morning.
First, trim the thickness of the chicken meat evenly with a kitchen knife.
Poke the meat with a fork.
Wipe the excess moisture of the meat off with a kitchen paper and then apply some seasonings over the meat.
Take one and half spoon of an olive oil and put the oil over the meat.
Let the meat get marinated well at the room temperature for two hours.
Oh, I will make some omelet with yesterday's taco meat leftover.
Well, the omelet is in a bad shape.
Oh, the chicken looks good, doesn't it?
OK. Lets eat!
Apply this sauce on the chicken Rebecca-chan told me before.
