I sent Email to the sales manager of the US company,
declining his proposal yesterday.

It was very regrettable but it's my company's decision.

This week’s telework is scheduled on Wednesday.

It was originally scheduled on Friday but changed
due to the office cleaning.

We clean office by ourselves by taking turns.

It is redder than red I thought.

The Email that I am composing to the US
sales manager goes like this.

First, I will show how much thankful that we are,
and provide him with supporting reasons that we
cannot proceed any further on this matter.

Finally I will use this following sentence,
"We deeply regret to inform that we cannot
pursuit your proposal any further." and ask him
to send our sincere regards to his department
manager who were present at the web meeting.

I have been composing a reply to the US
sales manager to decline his suggestion
in a very polite way.

Due to my poor expressiveness in English,
especially in a business manner, it has been
a time consuming process.

I am expecting to send an Email on Monday.
