Receiving 返礼品 all at once was not a good
idea since the fridge is not big enough to engulf it.

That was just what happened last year.

This year I am going to make a donation regularly,
like one donation per quarter so that I can receive
frozen or refrigerated foods without hustle.

Due to the 肉離れ in my right leg, it is difficult
to put my leg into the jeans.

No jogging is done this morning due to the
肉離れ in my right leg.

The pain is almost gone but I just be cautious
to be on a safe side.

It just takes too much time to prepare a 4-round
safety precaution note before executing any test
at a production area.

At the US pharmaceutical company, I used to
work in pair or groups and a senior worker would
pay attention to what new comers were doing or
give them some precautions.

Of course, there were some safety issues or incidents
even though we did all these measures.

But thanks god, I have never been involved in any
major safety incident.

I know it does not guarantee it will continue forever.

Due to the 肉離れ I have in my right leg,
I am not sure if I can stand observing the
entire test in a process line.
