Enen in a small town where I live,
Halloween is getting popular.

I saw small kids enjoying walking down streets
with their favorite costumes on and taking pictures.

I tried out a pair of new trekking shoes I just
bought on this Saturday to the dam near my house.

My feet didn't get hurt after an hour of a walk
while my ankles felt a bit tight due the tight shoelaces.

But that mitigated after loosening the laces a bit.

I am planning to try a longer distance on this weekend.

We got nice trekking shoes at an outlet,
and went home happy yesterday.

On the way back home, we made a stop
at a 山垣畜産, buying fresh meat.

Today, I and my wife are visiting an outlet to
browse trekking gear for YAKUSHIMA trip next month.

Only two more months are left in 2023.

A coworker says, "Time goes so fast recently."

"Indeed it is. After the OBON vacation I totally feel that,"
I reply.
