My car was back from its 車検 just yesterday.

You know how excited to drive your own car,
especially after a long period of time.

Don't you guys get this kind of feeling?

Two US visitors came to our plant to install
monitoring apparatus onto the production equipment.

Prior to installation, I gave them a safety orientation
and a quiz, and they all passed the quiz.

One of the guy, Mat, told us he used to learn Japanese
when he was a kid and even wrote his name in カタカナ,
"マット"！

There was a guy on a commuting train playing
his cell phone loud.

He looked too brunette to be Japanese so I asked
him if he could turn it off in English.

"え？ 何？", said he, looking back at me.

I just surprised, barely repeating it in Japanese
incoherently because I didn't expect him speaking
Japanese.

But he was nice to turn his phone off soon,
so I said, "ARIGATO" to him.

I do not telework today, but I go to the office instead.

There might be no telework this week because
of the lists of unfinished work due this month.
