Dear Mr ANIKING

We would like to provide you with a final update regarding the forensic tests carried out on three of our aircraft. You may have seen reports in the media over the weekend that British Airways has received confirmation from UK government agencies that all three of our Boeing 767 aircraft removed from service last week have been given the all clear.

We would like to reassure you that the Health Protection Agency (HPA) has said that it does not believe that passengers were at risk over the past month following the discovery of low traces of a radioactive substance.
