09-Central Elect, adaptation, channel-00, and saved settings which did factory reset. the DRL would dim when turning on the headlights prior to the factory reset, after factor reset DRL turns off when turning on the headlights, as well get the below error, which was not an issue prior to the factory reset. can you tell how i can get the DRL to dim vs turn off when turning on the headlights? i believe would fix the issue.

So I didn't sleep last night trying to figure this out but I was able to clear the code. Central Electrics, Security Access, Adaption, Channel 03, change the stored value to 25.
From what I've read the default value of 9 isn't enough voltage for the DRL to work, so it throws the code.

Hi All, firstly, from experience, this might help.... (A4 B8)
1. If you set your light switch to OFF position, do either DRL work?
2. If they do, when when you switch your head lights on, do they go out?
This was my issue. I fixed it using VCDS, going into 07 Cent Elec, security code then adaption, channel 3, changed the figure to 100, TEST. (VCDS will tell you here standard figure is 9. Ignore this. I then noticed although they were working, they didn't dim between side lights and head lights, nor did they dim when operating the turn signal. So back into the same place on VCDS, I tried lower numbers. Eventually set on 50, this reduced the brightness of the DLRs when indicating and when head lamps were on. I tried to get back down to 9 but it wasn't having it. 30 was the lowest before it turned them off again.
