Today I resembled and fitted my spare KE20 differential, the one in the car has tooth chipping and make noise also begin to lock up. Reassembled one is fitted now it makes no noise and is smooth! I also have KP61 LSD to use but gearing is 3.6? ratio I want to get 4.11 ratio but hard for me to find because KP61 never sold in Australia. If you know where to purchase 4.11 ratio for 6 inch KP61 i would appreciate the help.
Engine update: Fitting of 40 DCOE weber carburettor is not without problems, manifold clearance, linkage modification & cable stop required.
