Rare authentic M2-1001 hand brake boot. Inside label says:
マツダ純正 S32030
M2 92/03/11
N901 44 140

I think the Mazda p/n is N901-44-140 but I'm sure it's no longer available new. Made of black leather material with a black leather drawstring. It has experienced 20+ years of use so I might preserve this original item and use it as the template to make a replica hand brake boot out of new leather material.
