Today I went to the Los Angeles International Auto Show, and got to see the new GT-R in person. The car is very impressive, and is the most popular car of the entire auto show! I have many more pictures of all of the other cars that I will post soon.

Today I received my press pass for the D1 Grand Prix event that is taking place next weekend! I was lucky enough to receive a full access media credential, which means I can go anywhere in the event... even on the track! I will be taking pictures that will be published in a magazine (I don't know which one yet), and also to use on rarejdm.com! I will be at the event both days, Nov 24 and 25... and should have many pictures to post on my blog!

The new GT-R was unveiled at the Los Angeles auto show yesterday! It received a very nice reaction from the audience... the Skyline GT-R name carries with it a racing heritage, and exotic car status here in the US. I think this model will do very well here simply because of the name - however, the performance and tuning capability is incredible! The price of $69,000 USD is great, unfortunately I think the price will be marked up very high by the dealers when the car is first available for purchase. I am very excited to see the GT-R arrive here in the US finally, and can't wait to get one... heheheh just joking, I don't have $69,000 for a car :)
