Today I received my Tomei Expreme exhaust manifold for my 240sx! I will be out of town this weekend, so will have to wait until next weekend to install it. The quality looks very nice!

Started a new project, working on a differential cooler. I have the pump and cooler mounted, but unfortunately the fittings needed for the differential housing are back ordered... so I have to wait to finish install. All hoses will be Earl's braided, Earl's fittings, and the pump will have an on/off switch along with a temp switch, so it will only work when the diff fluid is hot enough. I'll post up more pics and video once it's finished.

The cooler is enclosed in an aluminum case to protect it from rocks and road debris, and the front of the cooler is covered with a metal mesh.

Side view - the cooler sits higher than the exhaust, so scraping it shouldn't be an issue.

Here are pictures of all of the main members of the R-Rides group engine bay. We perform most of the work ourselves, and all of our cars have a full wire tuck and many unique engine modifications.

Time lapse of members performing a full wire tuck and timing cover swap in 2 days on member John's G35. Pictures were taken every 3 minutes with an automatic remote control.

We removed both front fenders, the front bumper, both side skirts, intake tube, throttle body, the upper and lower plenum, radiator, hoses, pulleys, and all wiring from the main and side harnesses! Now all of the wiring harnesses are completely hidden and the front timing cover has been replaced with a full high polished cover. All work was completed within 2 days, and took 4 of us a total of approx 20 hours. We completed the entire project inside of Kurtis's garage at his house.

The rear seats and all interior is removed from the 240sx, since it is strictly a track car. A rear firewall needed to be fabricated to divide the trunk/gas tank from the drivers compartment. Aluminum sheeting was trimmed and fit, then riveted in place. Body sealant will be used along all of the seams.
