暑さも和らいできましたので

いろいろと交換やら調整やらやっていただきました。

特に不具合が合ったわけではないのですが
今回は少し大胆に。

燃料ポンプ、フィルター交換
ブレーキキャリパー、ローター、パッド純正戻し（キャリパーＯＨ）
ブレーキホース交換
エンジンルーム内燃料ホース交換
アラゴスタ車高調、前後車高調整
ホイール他車種純正流用（7Ｊインセット20　15インチ）
フロント10ミリスペーサー
（リアにも10ミリ入れるとなお良さそうに感じました）
タイヤ交換　ポテンザＲＥ-01Ｒ（205　60　15）
冷媒補充（ほとんど減っていなかったとのこと）
片目不点灯の為ＨＩＤ交換（6000Ｋ）
スペアタイヤホイールを今回装着した同じホイールの物に交換



交換後
走行してみましたが
Ｂ３のＭＴ　
窓開けて走れるこの時期
音も走りも最高です。

グリルの黒い部分を交換しました。

車両と共にお譲りいただいたピアノブラックの物にです。

モールやグリル、ドアのノブなど
コレで黒い部分は全てピアノブラックになりました。

黒い部分が黒いだけで大分印象が若返ります。

かつさん、金さんありがとうございます。

ブレーキペダルを何回か踏んでサービナーの内部から真空を解放します。

必ずしも必要ではありませんが、センサーへのアクセスを改善するには、セクション13で説明されているようにマスターシリンダー液リザーバーを取り外してください。

バッテリーのマイナス端子を外し、配線コネクターをペダル位置センサーから外します。

小さなドライバを使用して、センサ保持クリップを注意深くレバーから外し、真空サーボの前面からセンサを引き抜きます。シーリングリングを回してサークリップします。

refitting

新しいセンサーが取り付けられている場合は、元のセンサーに適合するスペーサーの色に注意し、関連するスペーサーを新しいセンサーに取り付けます。これは、アンチロックブレーキシステムの正しい動作を保証するために不可欠です。

新しいサークリップを真空サーボユニット前面の溝にはめ込み、サーボユニットセンサの位置決めスロットにエンドギャップを合わせます。

新しいシーリングリングをセンサーに取り付け、オイルの汚れで潤滑して取り付けを助けます。

センサを真空サーボに取り付け、その位置決めノッチをサーボユニットの上部溝に合わせます。カチッと所定の位置に収まるまでセンサーを押し、サークリップによってしっかりと固定されていることを確認します。

センサーの配線を再接続し、バッテリーのマイナス端子を接続してください。










Release the vacuum from insid the servounit by depressing the brake pedal severaltimes.

although not absolutely necessary,to inprove access to the sensor,remove the master cylinder fluid reservoir as described in section 13.

disconnect the battery negative terminal,then disconnect the wiring connector from the pedal position sensor.

using a small screwdriver,carefully lever off the sensor retaining clip,then withdraw the sensor from the front of the vacuum servounit.recover the sealing ring and circlip.

refitting

if a new senseor is being fitted,note the colour of the spacer fittrd to the original sensor,and fit the relevant colour spacer to the new sensor. this is vital to ensure that the correct operation of the anti-lock braking system.

fit the new circlip to the groove on the front of the vacuum servo unit, positioning its end gap over the servo unit sensor locating slot.

fit the new sealing ring to the sensor,lubricating it with a smear of oil to aid installation.

fit the sensor to the vacuum servo,aligning its locating notch with the servo unit upper groove. push the sensor until it clicks into position, and check that it is securely retained by the circlip.

reconnect the sensor wiring,and connect the battery negative terminal.

ＡＢＳ警告灯が点いたり消えたり。

ちょっと調べてみたところ

ABS警告灯点灯の原因になるのかな？
