私たちは離れていても、心でつながっています。
互いに声をかけ合い、支え合いながら、この試練を一日ずつ乗り越えていきましょう。

Our hearts go out to everyone affected by these disasters and those forced to evacuate. We also express our deepest gratitude to all the frontline workers dedicated to protecting lives and infrastructure under these difficult conditions.
Please remember that you do not have to carry this burden alone. Do not push yourself too hard. Right now, please prioritize the safety and well-being of yourself and your loved ones.
Even if we are physically apart, we are connected at heart. By checking in on each other and offering mutual support, we will get through this trial day by day.

本当に凄まじい降り方でとても心配しています。
避難された方や交通機関の麻痺などで大変な夜を過ごされた皆様に、心よりお見舞い申し上げます。
千葉や関東周辺にお住まいの皆さん、被害や怪我などは大丈夫でしたでしょうか。
まだ地盤が緩んでいるところも多いと思いますので、どうか安全第一でお過ごしください。

I am deeply concerned about yesterday's record-breaking torrential rain in Chiba and the surrounding Kanto area.
The sheer intensity of the downpour was truly overwhelming.
My heart goes out to everyone who had a difficult night, including those who had to evacuate and those affected by the major transportation disruptions.
To everyone living in Chiba and the Kanto region—are you and your loved ones safe?
I truly hope you did not suffer any injuries or severe damage.
The ground may still be loose and dangerous in many areas.
