昨日、Dにて12ヶ月点検とヘッドライトの交換を
しました。

ライトをバンパーに固定するサポートパーツは、
既存のライトから取り外して流用したのですが、
パーツがリベット留めになっていて、リベットの
打ち替え等に時間が掛かり、作業は2時間ぐらい
掛かりました。(^_^;)


待ってる間、ヒマだったので展示車をマジマジと眺めたり・・・
中古車展示場所にはルーテシア RSが2台。


見比べると、ヘッドライトがLEDになって雰囲気が変わりましたね。
R.S. ビジョンのデザインもあると思いますが。

点検と作業が終わったのは17時頃でした。
豪雨のなか、早速交換したヘッドライトを点灯させて帰宅したのですが、
途中冠水してる場所があって、ハンドルを取られてヒヤッとしました。(＠_＠;)

しかし、このゲリラ豪雨なんとかなりませんかね・・・
雹が降って、( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾋｮｰよりはマシ？（笑）

Car Parts 4 LessというUKのショッピングサイトでの
トラブル話になります。

話が長いので興味がある方は最後までお読みください。



このサイトは、割引セールを頻繁に行っており、欲しいパーツがあれば、
他のサイトより安く買うことが出来ます。

今回、とある純正パーツを買うことになり、さっそく割引セールのタイミングを
狙ってポチッとなーしました。
eBayで同じパーツを買うと20￡ぐらい高くなるので、いい買い物が出来たと
その時は思っていました。

このサイトは海外配送費用を別建てで払う事になっており、購入後に配送費用と
支払方法についてカスタマーサポートからメールが届きました。
購入日は6/20、翌日には配送費用の連絡がありました。
さっそくPayPalで配送費用を支払いたいと返信しました。

6/22
下記の返信がありました。

Thank you for your email, i can confirm that i have sent over the vital information to our cashier who will send over a PayPal request to your email address.
Once this is paid and confirmed your order will be dispatched and on it's way to you.

しかし、2～3日待ってもPayPalの支払請求のメールが届きません。
問い合わせしてみました。

下記の返信がありました。

thank you for your email, the PayPal request that has been sent over should explain how to pay for the delivery charge.
Can you please confirm that you have now paid for this?

なんか、イヤな予感がしました。
PayPalから支払請求のメール来てないけど・・・(-_-;)

ここから配送費用の支払いを巡って、おいらとカスタマーサービスとで
1ヶ月近く延々とメールで遣り取りをする事になるのです・・・(>_<)

その後も、一向に配送費用の支払請求が届きません。
どうなってるの？と問い合わせしました。

I have looked into this for you and can see that we are unaware of your PayPal email address, could you please confirm so that we can move this along quickly.

PayPalのメールアドレスが分からないと・・・( ﾟДﾟ)ﾊｧ?
すぐにメールアドレスを連絡しました。

まだ、PayPalからメール来てないよ！！と腹立たしく思いつつ
下記の返信をしました。

I have not received PayPal request from your site.
I have not paid the international delivery charge via PayPal.

Two weeks have passed since the order was placed.
I would like to pay the international delivery charge immediately.
If payment by PayPal requires more time to payment procedure than credit card payment, I would like to pay by credit card.
Please let me know.

その後、返信がありません・・・ヽ(`Д´)ﾉﾌﾟﾝﾌﾟﾝ

下記のメールを送りました。

I still have not received a reply on this matter from you.
I am not able to pay the international delivery charge yet.
Please explain in detail why you cannot handle it.

下記の返信がありました。

thank you for your email, i have had confirmation of our warehouse team that this order was dispatched.
this will be with you shortly.
I do apologize for the delay in getting this order dispatched.

この時点で、注文してから3週間が経過していました。
これでやっと配送費用の支払いが出来るわ～と思いました。┐(´д｀)┌ﾔﾚﾔﾚ

しかし、まだ支払請求が来ません・・・

下記のメールを送りました。
何回も同じこと言わせるなと！！

I still have not received a payment request of international delivery charge from you.
How many times will you make me repeat myself?

ようやく7/18にPayPalから支払請求のメールが届きました。
さっそくPayPalで配送費用の支払いをしました。
しかし、無情にもこんなメッセージが表示されました。

This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website.
To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions.

なんと、送られてきた支払請求はウェブサイトからしか出来ないと・・・(# ﾟДﾟ)

下記のメールを送りました。

Today, I received the payment request of international delivery charge from PayPal.
However, I could not pay the international delivery charge via PayPal.
PayPal returned the following message.

This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website.
To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions.

How should I deal with it?

下記のメールを送りました。

I still cannot pay the international delivery charge.
Please take care of the matter as quickly as possible.

thank you for your email, I do apologize that you were unable to pay the delivery charge by PayPal.
you can pay the delivery charge by either card or bank transfer if PayPal doesn't work.
please confirm how you wish to proceed with this.

カードか銀行振込で支払えって事みたいです。
しかし、不親切な対応です。
PayPalで支払い出来ないなら、最初に言えよって感じです。
既に注文から1ヶ月以上経過しています。
海外送金は手数料が高いし、返金してもらう時も大変そうな気がして
7/24にクレジットカードで支払う事を伝えました。

返信がありません・・・

しかし、返信がありません・・・
遂においらの堪忍袋の緒が切れました。

下記のメールを送りました。

Please cancel my order and refund the money.

ホントは、「お前のところで二度と買い物するか～！！」ってメールを
書いたのですが、なんかアホくさ～と思って止めました。

Thank you for your email, I do apologize that you have still not had this order.
i can confirm that i have now cancelled this order for you.
the money will be back into your account shortly.

キャンセルは即行で処理されました。（笑）
無事に返金もされていました。

今まで海外からネット通販でいろいろ買っていますが、ここまで酷い対応を
されたのは初めての事です。

ずーっと同じ人が担当だったのですが、その人がダメな人だったのでしょうか。
それとも、英語の出来ない日本人だからと思ってテキトーな対応をしたのでしょうか。
いずれにせよ、1ヶ月以上の時間と労力を無駄にしました。(>_<)

Car Parts 4 LessはeBayにも出店しているのですが、そっちはこんな対応は
されないと思います・・・評価に響きますからねぇ。（笑）
でも、おいらは二度と使わないでしょう。
