Laurel? Sounds like a girls name doesn't it? Don't get it twisted though, there is nothing girlie about this ride. This beast belongs to a good friend of ours by the name of Ma-Kan. He resides in Nagasaki, Japan and daily's this thing all around Japan. He is sitting on a polished set of Work Equips in 18x10.5
(-10) & 18x11.5
(-10) with a set of 20mm adapters which put him in the -30 offset zone. In order to fit such aggressive wheels under it's fenders, Ma-Kan not only stretched the
235/35/18 &
255/40/18 tires but he also dropped the camber down to -7 front and -10 rear. Not quite Oni Camber "status" if you will, but it's definitely enough to break a few necks rolling down the Japanese highways.
The transmission was also swapped to a 5 Speed Manual, and many of the exterior IMPUL & AIMGAIN pieces are all redone to stand out from the crowd. Big thank you Ma-Kan for hooking us up with these pics! Stay tuned for another dope feature straight from Japan that we're sure you'll love!
