"We" Drift // Marc Neron's Nissan 240SX.

It's hard to believe that just a couple of years ago this used to be a plain ol' shell of a '91 240SX. Yes, this thing was literally built from scratch! It belongs to our friend Marc Neron out of Melbourne, FL and it's not the last time you'll be seeing it on our site here. Earlier this month our photographer Zak DePiero drove down to Melbourne and met up with Marc at his shop, which ultimately led them to a photoshoot. Marc's good friend Khashaud also tagged along in his Nissan 240 (which we will be featuring in the next few days) but right now let's take a closer look at Marc's sexy 240SX! Oh, and yes, this is the same car that was on the cover of Import Tuner magazine not too long ago!

Photos By: Zak DePiero exclusively for StanceNation.com

So what makes this car so different from others? Well, while it may not be the only one rocking this particular kit, or pushing such an aggressive wheel setup, the overall look just works. More importantly, Marc seems to be one of those guys who has a thing for "finished" cars. Rolling in unfinished car because you drift on weekends shouldn't be an excuse, he firmly believes. Oh and yes, Marc slides his car around every chance that he gets.

Now we don't know about you but this has got to be one of the fattest lips we've seen in a while! One of the things that attracted us to this car so much was it's stance of course. When we say stance, we mean everything from it's wheels, to the fitment to how the car sits overall. Scroll down and check out some specs of this beast!

But first, let's take a look at what sits under that hood. The '93 S13 redtop SR20DET is pushing over 300 wheel horse power and 275 lb-ft of torque. It features things like 9.0:1 compression, S15 SR20DET pistons, rings & fuel injectors along with a Garrett GT2871R turbocharger & Spoolin Performance turbo manifold.

Other stuff you'll find under the hood are things like HKS wastegate, boost controller, rocker arm stoppers, adjustable cam gears, intake and custom custom 3-inch divorced wastegate downpipe, straight-through exhaust, intercooler piping, A/N fittings. It's seriously a well built car all around there is no denying it. Oh, and how about that House of Kolor Global Gold Flake under there. Looks incredibly in our opinion, what do you guys say? Drop a comment below!

Dat Fitment! Our favorite here on StanceNation. It's the thing that makes this S13 stand out from most out there. 18x13 wheels, dumped on the ground. That's right, those Work Equips sit at 18x13 in the rear with an offset of +4 and 18x10 with an offset of -3 in the front. They are wrapped in 225/35/18 front & 295/30/18 rear tires. Both front and rear wheels just barely clear the fenders when fully compressed. And we mean, barely.

Suspension wise it's sitting on D2 coilovers equipped with 8kg/10kg spring rate (bit on the soft side perhaps?) & Tanabe Sustec front and rear sway bars. Marc is also running a Mazworx competition-legal rollcage and had his rear wheel wells slightly tubbed. Take a look below at how this thing sits, it's just incredible.

Dat Ass! There is just something about the Uras 4 rear bumper that works so well on S13's. Agreed?

Marc is also sporting the Uras 4 kit on the sides as well as in the front. Those 18x13's fill the fenders perfectly!

That brings us inside of Marc's car. It's rocking a pair of Bride Low Max front seats, our all time favorite Nardi Taniguchi Drift model steering wheel, along with a Nismo shift knob and a custom carbon-fiber deletes. Auto Meter Sport Comp gauges (boost, oil pressure, volt) also do their job. As mentioned before, that's a Mazworx competition-legal roll cage.

You really can't go wrong with that Nardi Steering wheel...

Marc doing what he does best. It just had to be done to complete this feature! Big ups to Marc!

We just love how those Bayspeed 50mm rear over fenders tuck the super aggressive Work Equips! Front fenders have also been rolled & pulled and the windshield squirters were completely removed. Marc also did a ’98 S13 Kouki taillight conversion and JDM IKI 9004 sealed-beam headlights along with 180SX rear quarter glass. When everything was done Marc finished the car off with that beautiful House of Kolor Gamma Gold base coat with Global Gold flake and lastly Tangerine Kandy finish.

We asked Marc what the future holds for this already amazing 240 and this is what he said: "In the near future I plan on doing a full repaint and color scheme change. But before anything, I have another "VIP inspired" 240SX to complete. After that's out, I then plan on resurrecting the "orange car". We're excited, let's just leave it at that.

If you think your car has what it takes to be on our site make sure you email us at snfeatures@gmail.com. Make sure you include a few photos and your spec list as well as any other information we should know about you or your car. We’re always looking for cars to feature! In the meantime we’ll see you guys over on our facebook.

More to come, stay tuned. In the meantime, big shout out to our photographer Zak as well as Marc. Also, everyone at 'We" Drift and most importantly Marc's awesome father for not only helping him with everything but getting Marc involved with the car scene. Seriously, give us a few days and you'll see yet another amazing 240SX from "We" Drift!

400+ HP Stunner.

If you're a follower of us on our facebook fanpage you'll probably remember seeing this car. Every time we posted a photo of it, it received nothing but positive feedback with a ton of our fans asking to see more of it. Thankfully we were able to get in touch with our photographers Vanja and Peter Hellberg out of Sweden who eventually ended up shooting Albin's car for us during the recent Gatebil event. At just 22 years of age, Albin has already built one of the finest S2K's that Sweden has ever seen. It moves fast, it looks stunning and it's a real honor to finally share it with you.

Photos By: Hellbergsbilvard.se exclusively for StanceNation.com

Having always admired the beautiful S2000 curves and dreaming of someday owning one, just last year Albin was fortunate enough to finally find one which he thought was a really good deal. It came equipped with a turbo as well as a few other modifications however there was lots of stuff that needed work. The OEM black paint was in not so good condition, so was the top, and the list went on. Three weeks after the purchase the engine died and thats when the tear down began. Every little (and not so little) thing on the car was replaced or customized in some way.

He first started working on the exterior, everything from roll & pull of the fenders to building side skirts, front lip, and rear diffuser. He then moved on to the interior upgrading everything from the sound system to things like a new steering wheel and seats. He then soldered on the electrical system of the engine and tried to hide as many cables and wires away under the hood as possible. He also built a new fuel system to run E85 with catch tank and new pump then proceeded to grind the exterior down for paint taking a break from engine work.

After many weeks of hard work the exterior was finally painted the same brown color as seen on certain Audis. Right around that time Albin also picked up a new engine and started building it from the ground up. You'll have to check the spec list below to see what all was done!

Everything that was ever done to this car was done by Albin himself, and the finished look is just incredible. Let's take a look at stance & fitment on this bad boy, shall we? The car sits on T1R coilovers and a set of Varrstoen wheels. Fronts are 18x9.5 wrapped in 215/40/18 tires while the rears are 18x10.5 wrapped in 235/40/18 tires. Albin also replaced the brake pads, fluid and all brake hoses.

What about the exterior you ask? It features things like Seibon mugen style hardtop, Amuse front bumper and that huge Voltex carbon rear wing. His rear bumper was modified and a set of AP2 taillights were added. Side skirts, front lip and rear diffuser were all custom made by Albin. Check out rest of the spec list on bottom of the page.

Pretty safe to assume that a few of you thought that the big wing served no purpose and the engine was stock, but it's actually not. It is actually equipped with inline pro turbo and features things like 1000cc id injectors, tial 38mm waste gate, stage 4 clutch, 3″ exhaust, and many more things. as a matter of fact, as the car sits, it's pushing around 342WHP & 405hp at the crank! Make sure you check out the spec list on bottom of the page.

Albin's dreams finally came true. Fully built "race inspired" S2K is in his possession and it sits just right. Subtle colors, but not common or boring. Stands out from the crowd but doesn't necessarily scream for attention. Everything is just right, but still not quite where he would like them to be. He would love to someday own a set of Rotiform race wheels but it’s too expensive, especially where he is from. With that said, feel free to contact the Rotiform gents and let them know about this car. Maybe they'll be as amazed by it as us and offer some kind of sponsorship!

We'll end this feature here and leave you with a few more photos like we always do. Huge shout out to Albin as well as our photographers Peter and Vanja for making this feature happen. Stay tuned for more!

Gatebil 2012 // Photo Coverage

This year's Gatebil seemed to be even better than previous ones. Going sideways around the track is of course one of the things Gatebil Festival is most famous for but what we loved seeing even more was the "car show" side of Gatebil Festival. This year around the fellas from DailyFresh & were able to gather together a ton of incredible rides and invited their friends at Club JDM Sweden to bring more cars out. That's exactly where we are going to start the coverage. We will also include some sideways shots for you that our friend Arslan Golic shot. Many of you will recognize a few of these cars since we had them on our site before. Huge shout out to Arslan one more time for covering the event for us.

The Texas Trio

Check out these three sick rides that our friend Micah shot recently! They're representing the Lone Star State and doing it damn well. All three of these guys happen to be not only friends with each other but friends of ours also, so it's an honor to share these few photos with you. First up we have a couple photos of our friends Andee Phan Nissan 350Z. We featured his car last year though it looked completely different. Click Here to check that feature out.

Photos By: Nuns Photography exclusively for StanceNation.com

Everything from the kit, to the wheels, and the color of the car have changed. To be specific, the most noticeable changes are the Top secret rear diffuser, a set of somewhat unique set of wheels in this scene (Lusso Forged LFMX10i), and a Nismo front lip. The new wheels sit at 19x10 up front and 19x12 in the rear. Car is still equipped with the same suspension components as last time. Stance GR+ PRO coilovers combined with SPL camber/toe & last but not least Eibach sway bars in the front and rear.

And it's not just another "stanced" Z either, this bad boy is equipped with APS Extreme Twin Turbo putting down some serious power. Other mods include Kinetix SSV Intake Manifold, Wiseco Pistons, Eagle Rods, Competition Clutch & Flywheel & GTM 3″ True Dual Exhaust to name a few. Big ups to Andee yet again!

Up next we have a couple of photos of Tylers sick 240SX! He just recently got the car done and it's already for sale if we remember correctly. These S-Chassis really doesn't require "too much" work to pull of the aggressive look, so it only made sense for Taylor to keep it looking pretty OEM. Up front he is rocking a JDM front bumper & JDM front grill along with custom Acura TSX HID retro-fitted headlight setup with aftermarket fog lights & Seibon CF hood which was painted to match the car. Sides are from a kouki and "hips" are 50mm Chargespeed over fenders. Ridiculously aggressive, don't even get us started on that fitment..or rather do. Scroll down for some specs!

Tyler spent a ton of time tweaking his suspension and everything from SPL Rucas and tension/toe rods to strut and sway bars were replaced. His car is sitting on Fortune Auto coilovers with 9kg/7kg Swift springs. Last but not least the wheels are Work Equips sized in 18x11 up front with an offset of -7 and wrapped in 235/40/18 tires and 18x12 with an offset of -19 wrapped in 255/35/18 tires! Check out how wide those lips are in the photo above.

That brings us to Peters awesome Nissan 350Z. We've been talking to Peter for a few months now about a possible feature but things just didn't work out in the past. One of the things about his car that we love the most is all the under the hood mods. Hard to believe that we love "function" right? But we do. This thing is packing a Turbonetics 60-1/Stage V .77 A/R Turbocharger with DeatschWerks 600CC Injectors & Walbro 255 lph fuel pump and that's just the beginning. Full Nismo exhaust was also added and among other things. Check out the spec list below.

The exterior of the car is relatively simple, yet it screams for attention somehow. Peter had quite a bit of fender work done in the rear to fit the aggressive wheels he is currently running. Up front Peter is rocking the extremely low Aerosync front bumper. You gotta love seeing that huge intercooler behind it though.

So just how aggressive are those sexy SSR Vienna Dish EV's you ask? How does 19×10 with an offset of -13 & 19×12.5 with an offset of -1 sound? Just like Andee, Peter dropped the car on Stance GR+ coilovers and he also added some adjustable rear camber arms and toe bolts with extended hole. Not camber here, just massive step lips!

With that said, we would like to give a huge thank you to our friend Micah Nuns for the photos. We would have loved a few more but this should do...for now. If you guys are interested in seeing more of any of these cars make sure you drop a comment below. Last but not least, big thanks to Andee, Tyler & Peter!
