Job Design x Veilside

Remember our Japanese friend Hideaki and his Toyota Aristo that we showed you a month or so back? He just sent us a couple of new pictures that he took at a local tire place. He recently switched from his rare set of Panasport G7C5C wheels to yet another rare and clean set of Veilside Golt's in 18x9 & 18x10's. Absolutely LOVE this thing and we can't thank Hideaki enough for keeping in touch!

Oh so dope!

Max Fouhy owns one of our favorite drift rides of all time. This thing is absolutely dumped, and is rocking a set of wheels that a lot of us wish we could have on our daily drivers, weds Kranze LX-Z's. As always, seeing drift cars without any graphics on it is just so awesome. Every little imperfection we see on this Nissan puts us in this strange mindset where we can actually see it sideways, just millimeters from a wall and a huge cloud of smoke right behind it. As good as all the professional drift cars look, we will always prefer cars like these. They just have so much character... We wish Max good luck and hope to see more of this Silvia in the near future.

Defining Aggressive Fitment

Defining Aggressive Fitment

All of us here at Stance:Nation are given such an amazing opportunity to see dozens and dozens of incredible fitments (and cars of course) on daily basis, but we'll be honest with you when we say that only a few cars can really make us scratch our heads and wonder how they can possibly be driven, (especially on daily basis). We're talking static, less than half an inch of clearance, and literally rubbing fenders against the wheel barrels when going over any dip or bump. We're talking spark flying, neck breaking, finger pointing fitment here everyone! One of the guys that somehow pulled that off is Mike out of Texas. What's even more bad ass is that he was able to do it with a car that not many of you would ever expect. No no no, it's not an S2000, 350Z or a G35, rather a Mazda3. Allow us to show you how them boys in Texas do it, where there is no excuse for having any kind of wheel gap, under any circumstances!

Like many other 21 year olds, Mike comes from the "street racing" background. As you can tell by the big intercooler that's hiding behind that front bumper, this thing means business. Corksport Downpipe, Gutted Oem midpipe w/2 resonators removed, PG Manifold, PTP CDFP and the whole nine yards really, this 2900 pounder moved! Those days are over now, and it's all about riding low and slow, and looking damn good doing it. This guy has gone through several sets of wheels, each one getting more aggressive than the previous set and this is where he ended up. However, we'll bet you that the current set won't last very long before he decided to switch things up again! Check out the rear fitment above!

At the moment, Mike is rolling on SSR Longchamps XR4Z Kai in 18x9.5 with a +13 offset, all round. He wrapped the SSR's in a set of 215/35/18 rubber that's carefully hidden behind those burnt fenders! Now that you know the wheel specs, you're probably wondering what kind of suspension this thing is on, right? Well, this Mazda is dropped on BC type BR Coilovers with upgraded set of custom shorter springs for the front and BC short rear springs. As you'll be able to see in the pictures below, Mike also added a GTspec Lower Tie Bar, and to get those wheels to sit just right, Dominant Engineering Custom Camber Arms were also added. Hit the Read More link below for some more pictures!

The above picture shows our other feature that's a bit less aggressive but still on point. It belongs to Kevin and you can expect it in the next few days. Mazdas have officially invaded Stance:Nation!

As you can tell, the exterior hasn't been touched much. Mike wanted the attention on the fitment, not on some tacky body kit or graphics. Seeing this Mazda in your rear view mirror must be pretty wild. You'll probably think the car is hovering on the ground as you won't be able to see any light under it, and while the Mazda3Mods FMIC won't quite intimidate you, it'll definitely put a smile on your face.

Just as simple and clean that front end is, rear end is the same. Everything from the trunk was shaved off, and to make it that much cleaner, Mike also got rid of Front Rear Wipers! End result is just right, we're absolutely in love! Don't forget that GTspec Lower Tie Bar hanging under the car. Quite a nice touch that actually also serves a purpose. Check out the shot below, it's from a 200 mile round trip.

We'll leave you with a couple more pictures below, and we hope you enjoyed reading and checking out all the pictures. As always we want to thank the photographer Thanet Taout for great work as well as our SoCal friend Shavi @ Mazda Fitment for making this happen. We can't forget Mike obviously, nor Kevin in the grey 3 that we'll feature in the next few days. Until next time, drop us an email if you think your car has the fitment it takes to be on our site! Now, have fun and enjoy your weekend.

Low & Wide | Infiniti G35

Our photographer Emil Corpuz recently got a chance to catch up with Anthony (owner of this G) and his cousin Lucky (black 350Z on the bottom) and finally get some pictures of this G35 we've been meaning to show you for a while now. We've shown you a few very low cars from Hawaii, and while majority of you may think that these cars can roll so low because their roads are "perfect", you're wrong. It's all about knowing the roads, being super alert behind the wheel, and of course accepting the fact that sooner or later you'll either end up with a cracked lip or without a front bumper! With that said, we would like a few minutes to show you just how hard Anthony rolls on daily basis.

This 2006 Infiniti G35 is sitting on Tein Basic Coilvers (which are maxed out by the way) and a rather rare set of wheels. As a matter of fact, Anthony tells us that as far as he knows there are only a handful of these here in the states, and even fewer as aggressive as his. They are called Locksmice Duke, and he is running them in 19x10 (-4 offset after the adapter), and 19x11 (-11 with no adapters) in the rear. His tires are 235/35/19 up front and 245/35/19 in the rear, and if you ask us it looks like just the right amount of stretch. We love the wheels simply because they're different than what you see on G35's nowadays. Don't even get us started on those rear lips, simply awesome!

We're willing to bet you that Anthony gets asked if he is on airbags quite often. Seriously, another inch and he'll be sitting on the barrels of those wheels, and god knows what it looks like under his car! That is how it's done, right? Make sure to hit the Read More button below for some more pictures as well as other list of mods.

Just like majority of the cars in this "fitment" scene, exterior modifications are never the main priority, but Anthony still went ahead and added a Inven Front Bumper which does wonders for his car. It's got quite a clean design that reminds us of the stock G35 bumper, but just a tad more aggressive though. Were left wondering what may be Anthony's next move for this G35. It is quite a good looking ride, but seeing how all of us in this "movement" like to go through wheels pretty often, we're willing to bet that it may be his next move. We'll leave you with some shout outs and more pictures below.

Anthony wants to thank his brother AC, cousins Lucky and Alden, friend Ray and Boodah for all the help in building his car. He also wanted us to add the following: "If you feel that you helped in anyway, give yourself a pat on the back". We would like to give a huge thanks to Emil Corpuz for is awesome contributions to the site as well as Anthony and his cousin Lucky for making this shoot possible. Until next time, we'll leave you with another picture of his G35 and a sneak peek of Lucky's shoot!

Suzuka Blue Heaven

It doesn't take much to have a seriously good looking S2000. Wheels, coilovers, and some kind of lip for the front bumper and you'll be good to go. Check out a couple of these awesome S2K's from the fellas of Jock Me Crew out in Vegas. David Nguyen (Bojangles Photography) was able to find a perfect location and capture a few proper pictures. First S2K is sitting on Work Meister in 17x8 with +28 offset and 17x9 with +28 offset as well. It's also equipped with Megan Coilovers, while the other S2K is rolling on Rays Victrix in 18x9 with +23 offset and 18x10 with +18 offset and Stance GR+ Coilovers.
