Don’t mess with Texas

The great state of Texas, some refer to it as "The Lone Star State" while others like to think of it as "The Fitment Mecca". As far as we're concerned, Texans deserve a lot more credit than they're getting. These guys played a major roll in expending and taking things to a whole new level when it comes to this "aggressive fitment" scene. The widths, offsets, stretches and lows that some Texans call "normal" is still considered "aggressive" to many of the states and even countries. With that said, it is an honor to present to you one of the cars that has played and still plays a huge roll in this scene. Feast your eyes on Chris Beardon's wide body Infiniti G35 Coupe all the way from Dallas, Texas.

With so many G's and Z's out there, how exactly do you separate yourself and get noticed? Well if you're Chris Beardon and have gone through cars such as a wide body 240SX and a well fitted 350Z, you're probably going to go with a full metal wide body, run double digit offsets (in the negatives) and possibly drop your G35 coupe on Universal Air Suspension. But static is way cooler than bags, right? Wrong! This is how Chris rolls, don't you worry about a thing now.

Chris isn't one of those guys who goes and buys the widest possible set of wheels just so he can brag about it. There is this thing called offset, (also known as the distance from the wheel's mounting surface to the centerline of the wheel) and he happens to know just the right numbers that will make your wheels look rather "mellow". To find out the wheel and tire specs, as well as camber, suspension and more, hit the Read More button below. We warn you though, it's not for the faint-hearted!

You're looking at one of the most aggressive WORK Varianza T1S setups. As a matter of fact, here are the numbers for you. 20x10.5 (-32) front and 20x10.5 (-45) rears! They're wrapped in 235/35/20 & 245/35/20 set of tires which are tucked nicely under those wide fenders. Chris just switched to these from his older setup which was wider but the offset numbers were a bit higher as well. As we said above, its sitting on Universal Air Suspension with Moben Coilovers (struts only obviously) and its also got a set of Cusco camber arms which do wonders when it comes to tucking those tires away. Take a look at the way this thing sits, it's truly just jaw dropping!

When we asked Chris what his future plans were, he told us just 3 major things that he would like to get done soon. (Futura) 8 piston front, 6 piston rear Big Brake kit in yellow color, a Lamborghini "Balloon White" paint job and obviously different wheels. "I tend to change them up every 6 months to give the car a fresh look" says Chris. By the way, his old set up were the famous Weds Kranze LX-Z's!

Chris is a member of Team 16NiSS, which is one of the most successful show teams in the south west, so big shout out to all of you guys! We would also like to thank Chris for this opportunity. Last but not least, we would like to thank Saarang Desai AKA D.Tek for the amazing shots. We wish you the best of luck on your new move to Texas and keep up the great work with photos! Big shout out to all of our Texas fans as well, and if you have a ride worthy of our site please drop us an email please!

R.A.B Odyssey

One of the things that's been on the rise in Japan for the past few years are dumped minivans. In particular, the Odysseys. Their sharp front ends and smooth bodies have attracted the VIP Style lovers, and rest is history. Here is Takuya's awesome RB1 Odyssey sitting on Leon Hardiritt Orden wheels in 19x9 (-6) and 19x10.5 (-15) that are wrapped in 215/35R19 & 265/35R19. Most of the body pieces are one off or modified in some way. Just like majority of the rides that we showcase from the great country of Japan, this Odyssey is sitting on coilovers as well. Pick up the latest issue of Style Wagon to see more of this beast! Big thanks to R.A.B for the shots. Keep up the good work and congratulations!

Team LASTLY [static] Lexus IS

Sunday has got to be our favorite day of the week. Not only do we smother you guys with some of the finest rides from our friends out in Japan, but we also get to enjoy them with you. We've been talking for a while now to one of the main guys from the LASTLY crew, and it just blows our minds how these guys are able to pull some things off. Besides all the insane fitment and custom fabrication that goes into these cars, there are still times where we're left scratching our heads wondering how in the hell these guys can drive so low. Yes, we know that the roads in Japan are relatively smooth, but everyone has their occasional potholes and curbs, wouldn't you agree? Take this Lexus for example, when we were first emailed pictures of this beauty we didn't think much of the fitment as it's only running 20x8.5 & 20x9.5 BRANEW BW-101's that are sunken like no other, but what we almost missed in the mod list was the fact that this thing is not bagged, rather sitting on a custom set of HKS Kansai coilovers!

The exterior is definitely classy as well. The Wald rear end and sides look so damn good, and instead of going with Wald front end, the owner decided to go with just a lip by Lexon. Can't thank all the fellas of LASTLY enough for their love and support of Stance:Nation, all the way in Japan! You'll be seeing more of their rides in the coming weeks for sure! We hope you enjoyed your Sunday!

How it’s done..

Let's see, where do we even start with this thing? It's just past 10PM here in Northern California, and we've got to get to bed soon, so we'll let the pictures do the talking. All we're going to say is that New Zealand has had our eyes wide open for the last couple of months. The rides they're pumping out are straight up sick. Big shout out to all the fitment heads out there, and a big shout out to all of our new friends at Circle Jerk Crew! You know who you are, and we thank you for all your support.

Bagged Honda?

About a week ago, we first posted a couple of pictures of this Hatch. Overnight, there were several emails in our inbox as well as messages on our facebook page of people asking us to feature it. Well guess what, we made it happen! This 2000 Honda Civic Hatchback belongs to Jeff who resides in the hot & humid Las Vegas. Jeff and his friends just recently competed the car, but this look won't last for very long. Over the winter, he plans on turning this little hatch into a whole new animal. Full wire tuck, new front bumper, new set of tires with more stretch and lower profile, and lastly a nice engine upgrade. We promised Jeff that we wouldn't share any specifics about it, so you'll just have to wait for it.

As we said earlier, the car is a huge winter project for Jeff, and if you ask us he is definitely off to a good start. At the moment, it's sitting on BBS RS wheels in 15x10 with a +12 offset. For the tires, Jeff went with 195/50/15's but he plans on switching down to a smaller profile with more stretch as said before.

He kept the exterior rather simple which we really love. Things like the OEM Type R wing, grill and power folding mirrors were added and they do the car just right. We asked why he decided to go with bags, and it pretty much came down to it being his choice. That's completely understandable and we respect it. While we prefer static rides, we have no issues with bags, and never think that we will. If the car is sitting right, it'll get out respect. Hit the Read More button to check out more pictures below.

Inside the car, Jeff is rocking a JDM OEM navigation along with EP3 seat reupholster as well as the EK rear seats. Just recently, he also threw in the Auto Power roll cage which looks mean as hell. We can't wait for that motor and other things to go in so we can shoot it again! Check the tire stretch below.

It's getting late here, and we're running out of things to write about so we'll just leave you with a few more pictures taken by one of our newest photographers Jay Pena, out of Vegas. As always, we would like to thank Jeff as well as Jay for taking time to shoot this beautiful thing. Jay & Jeff also asked us to give a big shout out to Mystik R crew out of Vegas so that's whats up! We're definitely looking forward to the new version of this civic in the spring of next year. Stay tuned!
