Addicted to Boost // PT.2

Before anything, please make sure read the first part of this feature by clicking here. On this eventful Monday morning we're going to take you back to Hawaii and show you yet another beastly ride. No, it may not be the lowest car out there but by the time you're done reading this feature we guarantee that you'll be impressed with it. This is Rawsoul's "other" car, a ’91 Turbo MK3 Supra sitting on SSR's and pushing 400+HP@10PSI at the wheels. He built the car around drifting, (which he used to do a lot of before Oahu's race tracks closed) but it now serves purpose as a daily beater. We are extremely jealous and wish that we could spend time behind the wheels of either one of his Supras. Take a look at this sexy boosted MK3 and let us all know how you feel about it below!

Photos by: Jeffrey & Mikal Soriano

Rawsoul purchased the car in Southern California from the original owner and had it imported to the island. His coilover choice was the JIC FLT-A2 along with tie bars and ST sway bars. This gorgeous Toyota Supra is sitting on matte black SSR Type F wheels in 18x9.5 up front and 18x11 rears. We don't know too much about MK3's but 11" wide wheels on the back of any car is pretty damn sweet!

Because the MK3's response and torque suit his driving style a lot more then his MK4, it gets driven way more. Under the hood you'll be able to see things like the 7mgte, t61 turbo, toda 272 cams, aem cam gears, arp headstuds, hks intercooler, dual blitz bov, bic divorce downpipe, ESH custom 4'' exhaust pipe, apexi safc and boost controller, and a ton of other things. This beast MOVES, and it moves well! Make sure you hit the Read More button below for more awesome photos!

To think that it's been 20+ years since the MK3's first came out is just crazy! Rawsoul added an S2 carbon intercooler insert, HPF marker lenses and hatch visor to the outside. More importantly however, to refresh the exterior, Bomex lip & side skirts, and Godfather rear bumper were put on as well. Pretty mean looking all around if you ask us, especially that low front end.

Is it just us or does this not look like an interior of a 20 year old vehicle? Don't forget that he is only the second owner of this thing. Safety 21 6pt. roll cage and pair of bride zeta 3 seats are just a couple of things that stand right out from the rest. Check out the steering wheel and other little details in the photos below! We are as amazed by this interior as we can be, how about yourself?

We will leave you with a couple more photos below, including this awesome rolling shot. Big shout out to Jeffrey and Mikal, and all of our Hawaiian fans out there. We can't thank you enough for your support. Please don't forget to like our facebook fan page located on top right side of your. We hope you are all spending time with your friends and family this Memorial Day. Until next time, Aloha friends!

USDM Inspired // Japanese S13

The first time we saw this 1993 Nissan Silvia K's at the Niigata Charity Car Show, it looked a bit different. It sat on Work VSXX wheels, and had a roof rack with a pair of tires strapped on it, as seen here. We could see a little bit of USDM influence with the roof rack, stickers and license plate, but what we didn't know was that the owner (Kappa) is a huge fan of the USDM scene! The more we found out about Kappa and his car, the more surprised we were at the amount of USDM things that were on & in this car. We'll get to that below, but for now take a look at what a typical day looks like for Kappa. The word on the street is that he loves to drift on the outskirts of Toyama, Japan...on the daily.

Photos By: Hirota Kazuki exclusively for StanceNation.com

This '93 Silvia features a 240sx pignose face swap and a BNR32 front lip up front. Vanquish front fenders with USDM front and and rear side markers were added along with USDM side mirrors. Whether you're an S Chassis fan or not, you've got to love this particular car. It would be just the car we would want if we lived in Japan. Scroll down for more photos taken by our newest photographer Hirota Kazuki.

There was plenty of work done to the suspension, so we'll just drop the list below for you. The more we see this car, the more we fall in love with it, as a matter of fact, we never wanted an S13 as much as we do now! Make sure you click the Read More link for some more sliding shots!

Coilovers: F: Kei Office / R: CUSCO // Camber: -6F / -7.5R // CUSCO F / R strut bars // CUSCO tension rods // HCR32 tie rods with URAS spacers // KTS Solid steering bushing // KTS Solid rear subframe bushings // ODR camber arms // ODR toe control rods // ODR traction rods

We'll give you a list go-fast modification below, as there are way too many! We're jealous!

HKS Intake // CUSCO Intercooler Piping // S15 Intercooler // Yashio Factory 3-Core Copper Radiator // T25 Turbo // GReddy Elbow // KTS Down Pipe // Straight Exhaust made by myself // BCNR33 Fuel Pump // Z32 Fuel Filter // NGK #7 Spark Plugs // APP Oil Pressure Adapter // Juran Radiator Temp Switch Adapter // GReddy PRofec ECV // NISMO 2way LSD // Copper Clutch Kit

For his wheels, this time around he went with a set of SSR SP1's in 17x9 (-1) & 17x10 (-1). They're accompanied by a set of 205/40 and 215/40 tires, which as you can imagine get swapped out very often. Just take a look at the image above and you'll understand why. Interior is pretty awesome too, with a USDM meter cluster, sunvisor, and the turn signal/wiper switch control. Other things that Kappa added to his ride are Defi BF water temp, oil temp, oil press, boost gauges with control unit, RECARO SR-3 / SR-2, 320mm deep dish steering wheel, Quick release boss kit and lastly a BNR32 shifter.

Big thanks to Kappa and out photographer Hirota Kazuki for hooking us up with these shots. It's truly an honor to be admired by those whom we admire just as much.

How it's done!

Here is a G that belongs to a close friend of ours, John Markley. John has been in this "aggressive wheel fitment" scene for quite a while now and being from Texas, he has seen it all. From people trying way too hard just to impress others, to people doing it absolutely right! He recently moved to Southern California though, where owning a G35 or a 350Z is not easy, as everywhere you go you're guaranteed to see at least one. We've seen this car go through several wheel setups and bumpers, but it's current stage is easily our favorite. Scroll down and take a look at this wonderful Infiniti G35 that John has built. It's an honor and privilege to share this thing car our fans and we are very excited!

Photos By: Jay Pena exclusively for StanceNation.com

Right off the start the thing that grabbed our attention the most is the way this G is sitting and what it's sitting on. It's pretty easy to assume that this thing is bagged, when it's really on coilovers. And it's more than just coilovers, John has changed a ton of things with his suspension to achieve the perfect stance that you see in front of your eyes. Stance GR+ coilovers with true rear and custom spring rate swift springs on all 4 corners is just a start. Hotchkis adjustable sways and Powergrid adjustable endlinks all around come next, then SPC front and rear camber kit and Custom fabricated rear toe-links came after that. Lastly, SPL took care of the solid differential bushings and compression rod bushings.

Now that the suspension work is done, it was time for a proper set of wheels. Instead of following the crowd, John thought it would be cool and different if he could pull off a concave/lip look. Who better to contact then the fellas at DPE Wheels, right? They took care of John and got him a set of their extremely clean SP SC-10 wheels. 20x10 (-8) up front wrapped in 225/35/20 and 20x11 (-4) rears were wrapped in 245/35/22 Hankook tires. Behind those sexy wheels you'll find the OEM Brembo brakes with DBA 4000 series rotors. Tucking tire and having your wheels sit flush with fenders has never looked this good. Big ups to John, Michal @Acute Performance & guys at DPE Wheels for doing an amazing job.

Trying to stick with the OEM look as much as possible, you won't see any crazy bumpers or body work on this G. Mellow yet efficient Nismo front and sides were added along with painted roof, diffuser and grille. The wide rear end and fine lines of the G's that we've all grown to like are still there, and that we love. So what is up next for John you ask? Well, he tells us that you can expect to see more "function" modifications such as an LSx motor swap. For now though, he will save his money and stick with what he has. Motordyne 5/16” intake plenum spacer, ACT pro-lite 13 ¼ lb flywheel, ACT HD clutch, Fujitsubo Legalis-R polished stainless exhaust w/y-pipe and many other things.

As always, we'll leave you with a few more photos that our photographer Jay Pena took and give a huge thank you to not only him but John himself as well. Like we said earlier, it's an honor and privilege to share this piece of art with all of you. We've followed it for months and have seen most of the work that was put into this thing. No photo or video will do this Infiniti justice, you have to see it in person.

Southern Worthersee 2011 Quick Photo Recap

Our photographer Ryan Norris hit up SoWo recently and was able to snap a few quick and random photos. What's there to say about SoWo that hasn't already been said? One of the most anticipated events on the east coast that keeps growing every year by huge numbers. If you live for fitment and/or Euros, this is the event to visit. We're hoping to fly out of Cali here next year and make a pit stop at SoWo for once! Here are just a few random photos for you brought to us by Ryan Norris.

Slammed MK2 // China

Living up to our name and giving the exposure to all the cars/owners that they deserve is a feeling we can't really explain. Honored would truly be an understatement. Showcasing all makes and models from all over the world with the same love for fitment is what we strive for. Today we have an extremely clean VW Jetta coming to us all the way from China! Our Chinese contributing photographer Evan Lu, sent us these awesome shots and we're stoked to share them with you. This Emerald Green MK2 is aired out on a set of BBS RS wheels in 16x8 & 16x9, and features some quite clean body work! We'll let the pictures do the talking. Big thanks to Evan for hooking it up with the photos, and expect many more Chinese cars on S:N in the very near future!
