Please make sure you check out part 1 of our USDM Jam Vol.8 coverage by clicking here, if you haven't already. This time around our Japanese staff member Anju sent us some pictures which covers more than just the Hondas. You'll recognize some of these cars as we've featured a couple of them before, such as the BMW Z4 and VW Eos. Big thanks to all of our Japanese friends for all of your support! We've seen dozens and dozens of cars with our stickers and we're very, very grateful.
Every year in Japan, 100's of cars come out to an event called "USDM Jam", which features not only USDM inspired rides (Honda's specifically) but also a few actual imported vehicles. On top of that, there are also ton of American products on hand from American stickers to wheels & more! If you visit us here often you'll know by now that the USDM scene is pretty popular overseas, as a matter of fact it's almost as popular as the JDM scene is state side. Our good friend and man in charge Tetsuya Yamaguchi approached us to be one of many sponsors of the event, which we gladly accepted. Thankfully a few of our friends out there also stopped by the event and brought their cameras with them. With that said, here are a few photos of many more to come. Big thanks to our friend Hiro Ueda for these photos!
Every now and then we'll run on a car that doesnt really have any proper fitment going for it, yet it somehow manages to make us jealous that it's not our garage! Honda's sure have come a long way since the EF days, from safety to reliability, but a well maintained EF will always have a soft spot in the hearts of us younger car guys. Below we have a couple of great examples. Both of these JDM Hatches are just awesome in their own ways, whether you're into aggressive fitment or not. Yet another reason we plan on going to Japan very soon!
