Slammed & Fitted // Scale Model

Our friend Syo is just like many of us in this "stance" scene. His cars sit low to the ground and are fitted with some ridiculously aggressive wheels. The only difference between many of us an Syo is that he does things on a much smaller scale. While it may not anything new we always get a kick of just how well our Japanese friends do it. This particular DC2 seems to be inspired by the well known "1320 DC3" out of NorCal it appears. You can check that out by clicking here. Hit the Read More button below for some more photos. Oh, and yes, we did just throw a freaking toy on our site and you know you love it!

Why do they do it?

We're so excited to finally show off this crazy RB with you all! It belongs to the owner of a well established car shop (Nishho Tire) out of Japan and it is known to hurt feelings. Why? Well, the crazy & ridiculous camber it's running of course. Oh, don't even get us started on the body work! It sits on Riverside wheels in 19x9 up front with -30 offsets and 19x12 with a crazy -100 offset. Camber up front sits at -12 at the moment while the rear is at -15. Is it pointless? Yes, of course. Just like most of the stuff we do to our cars. Why does he do it? For the same reason that you do what you do to your cars. Attention, appearance and/or because he simply can. Check out the smooth fender work on this thing though, it's incredible. Pushing limits and stepping out of the comfort zone is what Japan is known for and this here is a fine example. Huge shout out to Nishho Tire and everyone associated with the build of this thing! Hats off to you and we hope to see more in the near future.

Camber tends to hurt lots of feelings around here, so if it isn't your thing go ahead and scroll right down.

Hard Parked Integra

Have you noticed the amount of fresh cars coming out of Florida this year? Just a couple of years ago these guys were struggling getting the recognition and exposure that they deserve, but with the help of blogs like Simply Clean, State Of Stance & V2lab Florida has definitely built up quite a reputation. It seems like there are "fitment oriented" events every couple of weeks! One of the cars in particular that we've had our eyes on for quite a while is this beautiful DC2 that belongs to our friend Carlos.

We will be taking a much closer look at this slammed Acura in just a few weeks as the car is currently undergoing some changes and upgrades. In the meantime we might as well show you a few recent photos of it that our friend Hector shot. As you can see, it's rolling static on a set of aggressive Work Meister wheels! Slammed to the ground and sitting just right! We'll have more on this car soon so stick around! If you want to check out a couple more photos for now though just click the Read More button below!

Putting Midwest on the Map!

Today we have one of the more simpler S2K's that we featured here in a while, but it's oh-so-sweet! It belongs to a 20 year old Kansas youngster by the name of Landon. Yes, only 20 years old! When Landon graduated from high school he went straight to working at his family business. After putting some money to the side he was able to purchase this convertible Rio Yellow S2K. Having had the car for a year now, it's already seen several sets of wheels and plenty of cosmetic changes. From Work Meisters to carbon fiber hoods and diffusers, It's seen it all. With the help of photographer Grant Cox we'll be taking a closer look at Landons beautiful S2000. Though, we wouldn't be surprised if Landon is already planning on upgrading to a different set of wheels!

Photos By: Grant Cox exclusively for StanceNation.com

Before anything, current wheels are XXR 521's in 18x10 & 25 offset all around with 215/35/18 tires. Landon ends up changing wheels quite often because as he tells us, "I can't make my mind up and I'm sure this won't be the last set of wheels on it". During the year that he owned the car he ended up straight beating those fenders up on his own to clear the wheels. Car also suffered quite a lot of hail damage & it's paint had swirl marks all over it. He finally managed to save some money recently and get everything fixed. All of the dents were fixed, fenders were rolled and pulled properly and a fresh coat of Rio paint was applied. This 7 year old drop top now looks as if it just rolled off the showroom floor!

Having been to Kansas on several occasions we can vouch that their roads are straight up jacked. And we're not just talking potholes & speed bumps here, we're talking ridiculous curbs and completely chewed up roads that the cold & salty winters bring. For Landon to be rolling around daily on Megan Track coilovers is pretty ballsy to say the least. Many Kansas folks can vouch for us in the comment box below. Go ahead and hit the big Read More button below to check out more awesome photos that Grant shot for us.

As you can see besides the addition of OEM lip up front it's a stock ride. Well, thats if we don't count the steering wheel with NRG quick release and the Greddy Ti-C single exhaust. But that'll change here soon. Landon tells us that over the winter he'll be working on getting more done to the interior such as a 4-point roll bar, a set of STATUS seats, and possibly even a OEM hardtop for it. From there he might also spend some time working on the bay by doing a partial wire tuck, intake, and a few other things. He didn't seem like he wanted to "go fast" judging on the amount of speeding tickets he has gotten in the past. Nowadays it's all about rolling slow-er and extremely low.

With that said, we're gunna leave you with some more photos since we all enjoy them so much. As always we'd like to give a huge shout out to photographer Grant Cox for doing such a good job with the photos. Obviously a huge thank you goes out to Landon and all our other Midwest fans! We've seen some awesome rides from you guys so make sure you email us at StanceNation@gmail.com with some photos of your rides if you think it has what it takes to be on our site.

Less is More!

We don't post many G37's here on StanceNation but when we do, you better believe that they are going to be absolutely incredible from top to bottom. Such is the case with with this particular coupe. Chances are that quite a few of you have probably seen a photo or two of it before, whether it was online or in a magazine. Or if you were one of the more fortunate people, you probably got a chance to see this beauty in person. However for those who haven't seen it yet, our photographer Ronaldo Stewart was kind enough to take some mind blowing photographs for your viewing pleasure.

Photos By: Ronaldo Stewart exclusively for StanceNation.com

The work of art you're looking at belongs to Peter Skopas out of New Jersey. Peters car also happens to be the perfect example of "less is more". Mind you he changed up quite a bit of stuff but many of you "non-G" owners would have trouble noticing those things. Besides the obvious wheels & suspension that is, of course. The exterior features a Junction Produce Visage Lip Kit while a Fresh-Ta-Def Duckbill Trunk completes the rear end.

This 2008 Infiniti G37S is slammed on the ground with the help of Bagyard Bombers and RideTech Management. When aired out it literally sits on the ground, though at driving height those gunmetal ISS Forged Wheels sit flush with the fenders. They were dine in a Gunmetal finish with Polished Step Lips. Fronts are 20x9.5 with +10 offset while the rear is 20x10.5 with +10 offset. Lastly, Peter wrapped his shoes with some Falken Tires in 225/35/20 up front & 255/30/20 in the rear. Make sure you hit the Read More button to check out some more awesome photos of this beauty!

So now that you know the specs, aren't you wondering what else Peter has planned for the future? We sure did and he told us that he is not really sure where he's gonna go with this car. Besides wanting to dial in the stance a little more over the winter and maybe changing the wheels for 2012, most of the other stuff will be kept as is. After all, why mess with perfection right?

We really hope you enjoyed these high resolution photos that our photographer Ronaldo Stewart shot as much as we did. Big shout out to him for that as well as Peter for building one of the cleanest G37 coupes out there. We hope to find you all over on our forums and don't forget to email us at snfeatures@gmail.com with photos of your car if you think it has what it takes to be on our site!
