The subframe and a few bits scrubbed down and re-sprayed.

ゴシゴシ洗ったあと再塗装したサブフレームとその他もろもろ。

As part of Alba's re-conditioning, I removed the cylinder head to find 20 years of carbon build up :-(
I plan to fit a new set of Alloy Roller-tip rockers.
Should I fit High lift rockers or normal lift rockers and replace the camshaft ?
Any suggestion?





アルバのオーバーホールの一環としてシリンダーヘッドを外してみたら、20年分のカーボンが出てきた　:-(
今度は新しいアロイのローラーロッカーを付けようと思ってるけど、ハイリフトにするべきか、それともカムシャフトを外してノーマルリフトのローラーロッカーにするべきか？迷うところ...。
アドバイスあったらお願いします！

The subframe is stripped , now needs a clean and repaint.
今日はサブフレームを分解した。これからキレイにして再塗装しないと。

After removing the subframe the next job is to clean it as well.
Then re-fit with new subframe mounts.

サブフレームを取り外した次の仕事はこれをキレイにすること。
それから新しいマウントの取り付け。
