Finally

Today is the day I will go to 神戸簡易裁判所 for my car accident case occured in 2015.

I cannot believe it has been more than 2 years for a just simple case.

The main reason why this is taking so long is the other party is not accepting their fault.

They did not accept 紛セ verdict even though they asked us to go to 紛セ in 2016.

I hope they will accept the verdict today no matter what and give up requesting a retrial.
