Countermeasure for Quickshift trouble

Since I heard some information of shifting troubles for AUTRADE quickshift from SINGAPORE, I will introduce the examples of suggested countermeasure based on other experiences as follows.

Detail of shifting trouble.

There is a possibility of become loose of Hexiagon socket head bolt, or dent of Shift rod -> The connection between Shift rod and Pivot ball will become loose -> Shift rod will be rotated by driver's shifting force little by little -> Shift cable will come off from Shift rod.
As a result of coming off the Shift cable, the driver can not shift gears, and can not move the car on the road in the worst case (See following movie).

Example of other company's products

Ex.1: In the case of LEILE quick shift lever (Its for Mitsubishi COLT), pivod ball is held by Fillet welding.

Ex.2: In the case of Suzuki Genuine Normal shift lever, pivod ball is held by Superglue.

Example of Suggested countermeasure

1.Change to new one that has high reliability for example Suzuki genuine, Suzuki sports(Monster sports) or etc.
(Note: AUTORADE will take care for Quality Control, and new quick shift lever with countermeasure will be released in the near future.)

2.Weld between Shift rod and Pivod ball by fillet welding at appropriate position.

3.Remove grease between Shift rod and Pivod ball -> Tighen Hexiagon socket head bolt with Screw glue (Ex.LOCTITE) well at appropriate position -> Fill Superglue between Shift rod and Pivod ball.
