Where is Fuse box and how can we see

Wow, the manual in the Big-x panel provided by pb says the fuse box in side of room is located under steering. But this Sharan seems that knee air-bag should be installed there. With pulling the panel, I couldn't remove the panel. The side panel is also hard to be removed. But I forced to pull the panel (not official way). Then I can see the fuse box. In detail skip the pic and instruction (if you would like to know, please ask me directly with the reason).

I can add 5A fuse with wiring connected to accessory power line. (This operation is also quite difficult because of no clearance) Where? Please guess in the picture.
