From 39th to 42nd were in Yokohama and from 43rd to 46th were in Kyoto.

My home town is Kyoto, and near Nijo castle. I ran around Nijo castle 2 times each.

Summer of Kyoto is very hot and has high humidity, so not confortable...

This jogging is the last run at current my house. I'll move to the other place this weekend.

I have to find new course around my next house!

My target of this year is 60 times jogging. This means I had to be 30 times untill the end of June.

37 times as of today is not bad.

For health, for keeping body thin...

Rainy season is really bad for running.

I forgot to write it down ysterday again... Nowadays my memory capacity is getting lower I feel...

Anyway thanks to this exercise, my body is kept thin!
