日本でR‘s meetingを見に行って
I went to R’s meeting in Japan,


帰って来て早々に整備不良で切符を切られました。
and back, then i was pulled over by police.





お気に入りのトミーカイラウィング。これ自体は説明をしてOKになったのですが、代わりに
my favorite tommy kaira wing, it was described and finally allowed, but they also picked:

-リアディフューザーが一部垂れ下がってて100mmの車高違反
Rear diffuser sagged and less than 100mm clearance in very small area
-タイヤサイズが標準と違う
tyre size is different to the original
-シフトノブ交換してシフトパターンが貼られていない
no gearing pattern identifying by changed gear knob

正直嫌がらせみたいなもんですが、また止められるのも困るので仕方なくウイングを元に戻して、標準ホイールを借りてステッカーを剥がしてもらいに行かないとなりません。
it was just like unlucky, but i had no choice and change wing back to oem, and bollowed oem rims set to remove sticker by the authority.


標準も悪くないと思いながら、でも純正バンパーは手放しているのでこのままはちょっと…
oem rims and wing is not a bad thing, but i already sold oem bumper, it seems something strange...

中古で入手したニスモテールを修理して取り付け
Repaired second hand Nismo tail lamp

2017年12月27日時点で走行159,592km。16万キロがすぐそこです。
エンジン交換が155,618kmだったので1年3ヶ月で約4000km走行。3000kmまで1000km毎にオイル交換して来たので次回は5000km走行時かなと思ってます。
at 27/12/2017, the cluster shows 159,592km. drive about 4,000kms in 1year and 3months since engine change.
so far i changed every 1,000km but next oil change would occur 5,000km on clock.



2018も記録がてらアップを続けます。
本年もよろしくお願いします。

最近のネタを少々
some recent minor update
1. Reimax air duct

BCNR33用でしたがなんとか付きました。
同時にラジエターキャップもニスモに。
this duct was for BCNR33 but could fit.
i also changed radiator cap to nismo.

2.Nismo turn lamps front and side
スモークタイプフロントを友人から入手。なのでサイドも購入し交換。
i got smoke front lamps from my friend, so i bought side lamps and changed them.


フロント交換について、説明書通りのドライバーに布を巻いてこじるといのがどうも気に入らず、余ったアルミ板で下のように交換ツールを作成してみました。
as i dont like the work on installation guide, i made a special tool to do it like below.


ただ平板を曲げただけです。これをランプの角に引っ掛けて、バンパーに力をかけずにランプを引き抜きます。
its just bent alloy plate, then hook it on lamp itself and pull out, this wont add any forces on bumper and paint surface.




サイドは特に問題なし。
nothing special on side part change.

3. air conditioner filter change and cleaning
フイルター交換してフィンの清掃
changed filter and cleaned up the fan.



4. lower mount stop lamp
トヨタカムリ用(プリウスとか色々共用)をリアディフューザーに貼り付け。部品の曲面は完全一致はしないけど、ウレタンテープで吸収できる範囲。レーシーになるかと思ったけど意外と普通。
attached toyota camry hmsl on top of rear diffuser surface bu adhesive tape. i was expected more cisual changes but not really...




点灯イメージ こんなです。

エンジン交換からやっと3,000km。
オイル交換をお願いしました。
since 3,000km passed after engine change, changed engine oil.
1,000km, 2,000kmでミッションオイルを交換しているので今回はミッションは見送り。
didnt change transmission oil this time, its been changed on 1,000km and 2,000km service.

走行158,643km



オイルフィルターは日本から10個まとめて買っておいたニスモフィルターを使用。
oil filter also changed. i bought 10pcs of Nismo oil filter from Japan with heaps of parts during engine change, i used 1 part from my personal stock.

1. 運転席パワーウィンドウモーター交換
RHS power window motor change
気になっていたパワーウィンドウモーターを交換。程度の良さそうなS15品を品番を調べた上でヤフオクで購入済みでした。
changed power wondow motor good used condition parts from S15.


交換品(上)と車両についていた物(下)
元々別のモーターに交換されていた形跡あり。ガラス建てつけ調整に若干時間がかかりましたが交換後は静かに快適に動く様になりました。
S15 part(top) and unit from the car(bottom). seems motor had changed before. moves nice and smooth after change.

2.HKS触媒
HKS cat
ほぼ新品の中古品をアップガレージで購入していた物を取り付け。写真が撮れなかったので購入時の写真のみ。
installed HKS cat, that was purchased from up garage Japan some time ago. i could not take pics so image from upgarage for reference only.

ロブソンレザーさんでDIYサイドブレーキカバーが販売されているのを見てシフトブーツ、サイドブレーキブーツとコンソールの一式交換をしました。
i decided to change the parking brake cover, shift boot, parking brake boot and console cover coz i found DIY parking brake cover has released by robson leather.


サイドブレーキカバーは手前のリングを浮かせて先端を中に折り込んで戻します。
pull the front ring and squeeze cover edge inside


今までもロブソンレザーさんのカバーでしたが、今回ナッパーレザーで同じステッチで揃えたので見栄えが大変よろしくなりました。
previous boots are also made by robson leather but this time i ordered all parts in same napper leather and same stitches, an apperance has improved a lot.


取り付け完了。マインズステアリングは握りやすくて大変良いのですが小径の為ハンドルが取られやすいので、調子に乗ってステアリングもS15純正品の巻き替えを発注してしまいましたー
mission completed. i like current mine's steering but as my tyre is fat 295, small diameter steering is easy to pull by road objects, im ordering oe steering refurbish to robson leather as well.

コンソールも5mmフォームのバッキングで快適です。意外と費用は掛かりましたが大満足です。
console skin has 5mm backing form, i really satisfied about this change!

相当さぼりましたが、車は完成しております。

2015年11月　タイミングベルトプーリーのボルト破断によりエンジン故障。
Nov,　2015　　Engine broken down by sheered timing belt pooley bolt.
　　　　　　　　　内部のダメージ詳細は不明、インテークバルブ変形
Engine inside damagae is unknown, at least intake valves bent.
2016年4月　　日本で手配していたNismo Fine Spec Final Editionが到着
Nismo Fine Spec Final Edition had arrived.
2016年9月末 完成。走行155、xxxｋｍ

交換作業をしながら撮った写真を見つつまとめましたが、漏れはあると思います。
これだけの部品を海外で入手するのは本当に苦労しました。
時間も（費用も）かかりましたが、付き合ってくれたショップに感謝です。
I'm checking the pics during work, but probably some missing items.
That was really tough job to get all those parts in Australia.
We spent a lot of time (and money), but really appreciate my friend's work shop patience.

これまで2,000ｋｍ以上走っておりますが、最近どんどん調子が良くなってきて楽しいです。
オイル交換は2度。Nismo300Vを使用しています。
Nismoエンジンにして　体感できるのはエンジンの回転がスムーズになったこと、
アクセルオフ時のバックファイヤー減が顕著です。
I drive more than 2,000km and changed oils twice, using Nismo V300 oils.
Engine condition is improving and really fun.
I can say I can feel smooth revving and decreased back fire when closing throttle.

これからも大事に乗っていきたいと思います。
